GoogleI cannot rate this company highly enough. Financial commitment is clear and agreed from the start. Once agreed Ashley and Dawn get the process moving quickly with exceptional communication all the way. Their marketing is super modern with use of professional photographer / videographer, using inside and outside shots and drone footage. Really showcased our flat in the best possible light and got a lot of attention and traction. They handled the negotiations with potential buyers very well, keeping us in the loop and following our guidance. We felt we were in very safe hands. The evidence was shown by the sale going through less than a week after the flat went on the market - and that in December! A brilliant team, they're friendly, professional and work to the very highest standards. If you’re thinking of selling give them a call. 😊

FacebookDawn provided an excellent service from start to finish and beyond. Her coordination of surveyor and photographer and production of marketing materials was fantastic and showcased our homes beautifully. She was on hand for the majority of showings and always at the end of a phone to answer questions and support us in our journey. As an aside, even able to provide details of paints used in our new home. If that’s not great service we don’t know what is. We very much appreciated all she did for us. A great service was provided and we were very grateful for her help in facilitating the smooth transition of our two homes in to one new family home 🥰 Thank you 🙏

This was an emotional sale for us being the family home for over 50 years but Ashley handled this sensitively and managed all the viewings on our behalf.
