Ashley and Dawn worked tirelessly to carry out the large number of viewings of my property in such a short space of time. They done an amazing job of marketing the property and the photographer/videographer was outstanding in capturing the property's personality perfectly. My house was on the market quickly and sold within a couple of days with Erin doing the viewings. Greatful amd impressed with the work they put in how quickly they were able to get the house sold.

GoogleTHIS GIRL IS ON FIRE: Having to sell family home due to personal circumstances. I came across this Estate Agent sent a message, received a courtesy call from Ashley who was understanding, gave great guidance and very friendly. Decided to meet up show her round, and felt reassured, she advised me of how it works, rather than you having ti do all the chasing via solicitors, she would liaise with all party’s, updating me with everything. We then had a photographer with a Drone and a surveyor that same hour, and to my surprise I received the video footage & survey report. Then Ashley uploaded it selling it less than two weeks kept intouch with updates, & All I can say is WOW, very swift & efficient service, If I could rate it more I would. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARMONY HOMES TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A QUICK TURNAROUND!. This is the girl for you, liaised with the solicitor & the buyer at a blink of an eye, done and dusted. FacebookAbsolutely outstanding full estate agency service from Ashley to sell our flat. She arranged the survey, solicitor, truly exceptional marketing materials and also did the viewings. The property was sold in a few days at well over the valuation and she kept it touch regularly until it was all settled. Keenly priced too. All round - exceptional customer service by a very skilled and professional team. Highly recommend. P.s. the bouquet of flowers on completion was a lovely surprise! 👏👏👏
