Do not reply to emails phone multiple times and texts and get ignored , been nothing but messed about by YOUR MOVE Dudley Branch very unprofessional attitude Vacated a property on the 28th of February and they are not providing me my meter reading for gas electric and water which are in a locked cupboard in communal area of property I was renting from them . So didn’t have access Resulting in me been unable to disconnect and still having to pay electric and gas bills for a property I’m not living in , also still waiting for my deposit which should have been paid back to me around 10 days after I left the property , A company that hassle you when the landlord has a problem but not interested in a tenants concerns Would not deal with them and would not recommend them for any one who needs to let a property via Dudley your move

Good Morning Mr Rahman I hope you are well, I would like to take the time to thank you for your feedback and to shed some more light on this transaction as considering it was a cash purchase with no chain was very difficult. We take pride in dealing with every transaction in a timely and prompt manner and have been known to complete on transactions with mortgages in 6/8 weeks feel free to read our other reviews where this is highlighted from our buyers and sellers. Over the last ten months myself and your legal team PCS Legal have struggled at the best of times with you during one point nobody could get hold of you for the best part of 12 weeks and we resorted to having to make contact with you via our personal phone numbers, following on from this you went abroad that further delayed the transaction as you were not contactable and refused to co-operate with your legal team. Nearing completion you refused to exchange and would only be willing to give your authority to exchange out of work hours which dragged out for a number of weeks my vendor kindly and patiently waited for you and we guided her as much as we could to keep this transaction together. Further on from this once we had exchanged contracts you tried to short change your legal team their fees and tried to blame them for their poor service which was simply incorrect your chosen law firm isn't one of our panel solicitors and Lauren did a fantastic job on this matter, due to this your legal team would not let the matter complete until you had paid their full fees but as you had refused to pay their rightfully owed fees and missed the agreed completion date our sellers solicitors were left with no choice but to serve a legal notice on you which then incurred further costs to you. Unfortunately on this occasion I feel from the branch and from your legal team we could not have done anymore. Should you feel the need to make a formal complaint please feel free to do so and we would be more than happy to clarify further for you should you need.
