We dealt with Beckie Pearson mainly when we were there who really looked after us, even dropping around her own portable hob at one point so we could eat when ours broke! Viewed a rental property. I wanted to proceed but then told they wanted to collect more interest and no communication whatsoever. Absolute shocking service and wouldn't recommend at all. Thankfully I got no further with my application, well I guess I don't know cause they never come back to me. What a joke!!

lettings fees are very high

For lettings their fees are very expensive. First 3 months of my 450 rent studio flat they took and I did not get anything. When tenant leaves another month will be gone as inventory check is 180 and cleaning in 250 and this is for a studio flat. If i want to cancel the contract i have to pay 900. Stay away.

We purchased our property through Hunters, Stourbridge. The professionalism, politeness and highly organised service, is all coated with a huge layer of kindness and warmth. From day one Ellis Hill dealt with our purchase. Through what is always a nervous time of buying and selling, Ellis was there on hand to walk us through everything and made sure we were always confident in what was happening. It was refreshing to know Ellis was available to ensure we understood and were okay with everything. He dealt with all our calls, emails and queries promptly and professionally. When Ellis was out of the office there was always a same day call back from him, and his colleagues would always try to help in the interim. Using Hunters for the sale of our property was magnificent. From the inception we were really well looked after by the whole team but that started with the professional and excellent, Harry. He was so productive in getting us on the market quickly and found us a buyer very soon after.
