GoogleFrom the very start G&T properties were very straightforward to deal with. They answer the phone promptly and professionally within office hours. They guided me through the process of renting with them, and were very helpful in sorting out the paperwork for my guarantors. Throughtout my time renting with them they have been friendly, professional and most of all helpful. I can recommend this agency to anyone. Their handling of their portfolio during the pandemic is excellent. They even offered empty properties to key workers who needed to isolate or even just to rest in order to do their bit for the national effort. GoogleExcellent service offered by G&T, I have had my property sold by them and they were extremely helpful. Dean who photographed my house to put it in the market recommended that he did a walk through video, I took deans advice and I’m so glad I did as this got me so many more viewings than my previous agent and turned out to be a key reason for my buyer to view my property. All the staff extremely responsive, always follow up on viewings and give feedback and always answer the phone and call you back when they say they will! This team have took a lot of stress out of selling the property..:.can’t recommend them enough. Finally, the fee that I was charged for this service is excellent as the next cheapest I found was £250 more! GoogleI went for viewing at property and my offer which was accepted. After the offer was accepted, I was advised to send over my personal documents (proof of funds, ID and proof of address) so that the property could be taken off the market. Whilst I was getting documents across, I had called in a couple of occasions, sometimes I never managed to get through and sometimes I was advised I'd receive a call back - however, I never received call backs on the same day. Just under a week later, I spoke to someone, I asked why the property was cash only and was informed it was because it was next to a mine. Shocking how this information was not advertised on the property advert, nor had I been advised of this at any point until I asked a question! After, I asked my mom to speak to them for me and then they sent across a diagram showing the location of the mine in proximity to the property. Misleading and I'd be cautious if dealing with this agent in the future. It's an estate agents responsibility to disclose information that would affect a buyer. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS IF INEXPERIENCED IN PROPERTY PURCHASE LIKE MYSELF.

GoogleI recently rented an apartment through G&T Properties, and overall, it was a positive experience. The application process was smooth, and the agents were very prompt in their responses. They even helped waive the guarantor requirement set by the landlord at my request, which was a huge relief. The only issue I encountered was a delay in generating the rental agreement for the shared room I had applied for. Despite making all the payments nearly two weeks prior, I received the rental agreement just the day before my move-in date, which was a bit concerning. However, the agents were very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

GoogleThey have been ignoring me for weeks and therefore are refusing to refund me my holding deposit which I am fully entitled to and was told I’d have back. This is after a couple weeks of being jerked around by them and the landlord they were working with. They were fully aware I’d been in hospital and yet were still hounding me for paperwork I didn’t have access too and then pulled out last minute. Terrible customer service and terrible company on this occasion and previously.

GoogleAs a tennant to a G&T property I had the best experience renting my first home. They were always professional with me and even if I didn't understand part of the letting process they'd explain it to me and always keep myself and my landlord in the know how. Any issues were dealt with within a matter of hours and upon tenancy renewals they not only did what was needed on paperwork but ensured myself and my family were happy with our home situation and landlord and they even took the time out of their day to interact with my child and make him feel involved too (even if he didn't really know what was going on!). GoogleG & T sold our house for us and it was honestly the most stress free sale we have ever done. Always so friendly and polite, nothing was ever too much trouble. And most importantly PRO ACTIVE unlike some other well known estate agents who charge a small fortune to do exactly the same job as G & T do. Would not hesitate to use these guys again. GoogleDo not use, this company failed to notify us of an offer for 2 days despite chasing feedback. They gave us wrong solicitor details, failed to correctly take messages or pass them on to the relevant member of staff. Really bad service!PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleAbsolute disgraceful company travelled from very far away for a house viewing I was not informed that the house was take off the market 20 minutes to me arriving at the property, I had told the lady that I am travelling from a distant and please keep me informed but she didn’t even bother I had to call them as ask if were still okay she didn’t even want to speak to me she got her colleague to tell me and when I asked her to pass me over to a manager she cut the call ,they not trained properly and have not got any sort of customer Service training and instead of paying so much money to photoshop houses they need to spend a little more on training resources PLEASE don’t waste you’re time with these fools there’s no point making you’re blood pressure rise !!!!!!!!!!!

GoogleOver 3 years I was trying to sell my home, went with various estate agents. G&T was our last hope and they sure did get the job done. Throughout the sale I had a lovely lady called Louise assist us and keep us updated, she provided outstanding service from start to finish and is a really asset to your company. I can not recommend this estate agents enough… don’t let the overpriced competitors make you think otherwise… they offer value for money and a great customer journey. Louise, thank you so much for putting me at ease throughout the sale of my house… every estate agent needs to learn from you! ( and believe me I’ve dealt with many ! ) 5*

GoogleG&T were the first choice for me, always. They are professional, easy to contact and easy to talk to. They keep you updated on your sale. All the staff are kind, considerate and very friendly. I have had a life change and needed to sell my property. I knew I could trust G&T to take over and sort this for me while I had other issues to sort out. I will always recommend them to everyone. 10/10 for me.
