GoogleExcellent service from all at G&T but especially from Jessica who initially valued the house and put it on the market and Louise who dealt with everything through to completion. The customer service, professionalism and great communication means I wouldn't hesitate to use G&T again.
There is no "I" in team. Teamwork is essential in our profession so this feedback is great to hear. Thanks Johanna :-)

GoogleI’m yet to get a house but I must commend G&T for the smooth way in which they organized for viewing of the property. I’m hoping I will be lucky with one of their houses as I especially wish to get a home from them. All their rentals I have seen so far are quite neat and lovely, bless them.

GoogleA recent property sale was arranged by G&T. They were able to find a buyer extremely quickly and maintained good contact between both sets of solicitors, ensuring that the sale went through smoothly. Would definitely recommend G&T Properties.
That is great to hear Geoff, its never easy when there are issues with heating and hot water however we always do what we can and try to go above and beyond as much as physically possible so this is really great to hear.

GoogleWe contacted these guys to view a property for our son to rent whilst at Uni. We drove over an hour to get there to be greeted with a room in a cannabis scented accommodation with a kitchen that you'd have to pay me to eat in. The field representative advised us to watch our step as we walked through the rear alleyway due to rubble on the floor and were told the land lord has been advised about the state of the property but hadn't done anything about it. We understand that this wasn't the agents fault but it would have been nice to be informed of the state of the address and details of the issues prior to driving all that way. The agent that showed us around did seem embarrassed and understood all my concerns.

They are very professional, always happy to help and very quick with responses to the queries that I had. I would highly recommed G and T Properties.
