I’ve been working with Raj Singh to purchase a buy-to-let property, and even though we haven’t closed yet, I can already say he’s been absolutely fantastic to work with. We used G&T to sell my dad’s house and from the first meeting which was arranged promptly through to completion the service was great. We paid the one of fee which was cost effective and worth the money. The team were always happy to help and Lou especially made what was at times a difficult process emotionally much easier to deal with and provided advice and support from offer to completion. Dean came to give me the initial consultation & he was not pushy at all. He had a wealth of knowledge of the property market. The staff are very friendly & supportive. I mainly dealt with Louise & would give her 10/10 for customer service. I had a successful sale, but it wasn't straightforward. I couldn't have done it without them !

I would highly recommend G&T properties. Our property sale/purchase journey was far from smooth but G&T were helpful throughout. Jessica was delightful when she came to value and take photographs of our flat. When Jessica was on maternity leave Louise was our point of contact and she was always helpful, friendly and approachable. Dean was also very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Once on the market, many viewings were quickly arranged and we could have sold our flat many times over. I made a controversial decision during our property journey and whilst G&T didn't agree with my decision, they supported my it. I recommended G&T to our neighbours who then also quickly sold their property.

Me and my partner purchased our first home through G&T in February - and through a sometimes difficult, often frustrating time, G&T were always polite, attentive and genuinely helpful. Very pleased we chose G&T properties to sell our house. Jessica, came out initially to discuss the sale, the price was competitive and never felt pressured. Photo's and the listing was done in a very timely manner and we were able to check and discuss everything thoroughly beforehand. Once we moved to dealing with the office, Louise was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, extremely personable, and does what she says she will. I would just like to say how professional G&T properties were throughout the sale of my property. From my initial meeting with Dean I knew I was going to instruct G&T and immediately cancelled the other estate agents I had booked for a house valuation. Dean was polite, punctual and honest with his valuation, he listened to my concerns and put me at ease instantly. G&T charge very reasonable costs to sell, much lower than the big well known agents, for a far better service. Louise is amazing and walks you through ever step of the process . She chases up all enquires with solicitors etc the very minute you put the phone down, and always provided feedback from the house viewings I had. All in all I’m extremely happy with the service I received from G&T properties and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Tbh, where do I start. From the first call to G&T properties right through to moving in and beyond, i felt like these people moved mountains to get me the property I needed. Very professional and quick acting. Started by viewing one below par property, whilst viewing explained my situation of living in my car due to relationship breakdown etc, work local and explained I desired a home local to my work, couldn't accept the first property but was told to get straight back on the website as a new property local to my works came up that morning, applied straight away, got the veiwing and met up with the agent again to which she personally told me I'd prefer this one and what to do to give myself the advantage. This lady really did have a heart of gold and knew exactly what I needed. I moved in not 2 weeks later. The office answered every call during the process with efficiency, got me through to exactly where I needed to be directed and always stuck to deadlines. They really did impress me, and continue to do so with any enquiries I have regarding my accommodation. I knew from the first moment that I chose the correct estate agents to help me. From ringing the agents and actually having someone promptly answer the phone from the offset was impressive compared to other local agents. But the degree of professionalism and pride that the agents at g&t take in their work was also abundantly clear.
