GoogleWe’ve used G&T for our rentals and they’ve been so professional throughout. First hand having any rent arrears and Cloe was straight on the phone/email informing us and keeping us in the loop, she answered all our questions professionally and she really put our minds at ease. All issues have been resolved with minimal affect. We would highly recommend.

GoogleThere is so many positive things that I can say. Dean and Jess were absolutely instrumental in all aspects and processes. We had 2 properties for sale at the same time both with G&T. Dean was very competitive in terms of his pricing and the service that he and Jess provided was unbelievable and beyond our standards. Dean and Jess were very knowledge and proactive to sell both of our properties. They ensured that they acted as efficient ‘gatekeepers’ when people showed interest in the properties. Dean and Jess would always keep us in the loop and inform us of progress on a daily basis. G&T went above and beyond in terms of liaising with solicitors and other agents. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic. We purchased a property being sold by G&T and we were blown away by how professional, friendly and helpful they were. Jess went above and beyond to make sure things in the chain kept moving and always kept us informed, even more so than our own estate agents for selling. We also spoke to Lara and Ian, both very helpful and polite also. The whole team seems to communicate well. GoogleG&T properties have been amazing during my search for a property to rent. As you can imagine I have had many viewings and communications with other estate agents but none have been as helpful and accommodating to my needs. If it wasn't for them suggesting the property to me in the first place I would still be looking! Their communication has been fantastic and they have been very friendly and professional too. They have answered all our questions and reassured us when we needed it. They have helped to make this transition as smooth as possible and it has been great and allowed us to be excited and not stressed. Thank you so much!! GoogleWe are very glad that we walked in to G & T properties in search of a larger property to rent with our newborn baby. We were struggling to find a place because of the high demand. One of the office associates Rajan Singh(Raj Tagger) has been very supportive in arranging viewings for the beautiful house that we are moving in, that we really appreciate. Also another associate Mr. Dean has been prompt and efficient in closing the application for us and helping us secure this property. He was able to think from our shoes and act accordingly, and could make things happen. And of course Ellis Amos, has been our go-to person answering every questions we had patiently and made this moving process a breeze. GoogleBig shout out to Louise Overton for helping me buy my 1st home, with me from the beginning till the end keeping me calm when I was stressed haha, all positive things to her and the G&T Properties team in the process of getting me from placing and offer to completion date/collection of the key. Louise has been great fun, very responsive on emails/calls, positive and polite - awesome person overall! 😊 All good things with G&T in general, I've been renting with them since 2020 and I've carried on till the purchase of my new home now in 2024! GoogleWe bought and sold through G&T and I wouldn’t chose another estate agents to work with again. The whole journey from start to finish was above and beyond our expectations of the level of support we would have usually got from an estate agent. Louise has been exceptional, albeit not a straight forward transaction there was never enough she could do for us. Louise is INCREDIBLE at her job and we cannot thank her enough. Thank you so much!

GoogleTerrible experience renting with G&T. Lived at a property for 1 year and 9 months, and it was the worst renting experience I've ever had. Place was in poor condition though they claimed in the reports it was in good condition. Constantly had to pester them throughout the tenancy to fix things which they rarely did. At the end of the tenancy they tried to not only take our full deposit, but they also tried to take an excess of what was put down. Eventually it went to a dispute and guess what, we won and based on the report it's clear that G&T were really taking the p*ss and being unethical. G&T are a stingy company that will try and steal your deposit and don't support the tenants.

GoogleWe can`t thank G & T enough for looking after the sale of my late Mom and Dads property. Jess was our very first point of contact and explained everything to us. The house was advertised in less than a week after initial photographs and agreed description of the property. Louise was our contact after that point and kept us up to speed with everything that we needed to know. Not forgetting that we were in a real lull in the property market, Louise kept chipping away at selling the property. Even with bad news of buyers pulling out at the 11th hour Louise remained confident which in turn finally lead to the sale that we so badly needed. LOUISE in sales was absolutely amazing and gave me some real personal help and advice. Sale went through smoothly despite solicitor issues. Would highly recommended to sell, buy or rent

GoogleIt took a few months to get a buyer for our property, possibly due to the fact that we are not local to G&T Properties; we maybe would have moved our property sooner through a more local estate agent. However, the staff at G&T are great, especially Louise, who supported us through some issues with quite a difficult prospect buyer. Thank you to the team at G&T!
