GoogleSo very painful to deal with. Still waiting for responses 2 months after moving out. The reality is you probably don't have a choice who you use when buying/letting a property but if you can avoid them, you should. Edited to add - had to beg them to get someone out to deal with rodents. Let the property after us without dealing with the rats too.

GoogleG and T were a pleasure to deal with from the valuation to completion. We had 3 different estate agents valuations done and one of reasons we chose G and T was the enthusiasm shown at the valuation in selling the property for us at a realistic price. We opted for the premium pack no sale no fee, plus we paid the extra for G and T to do the viewings for us. It was two days from valuation to photos being live on the internet and board up. We had several viewings over the 11 days once it went live to accepting an offer. G and T kept us informed of the viewings and any feedback back each time. They have been a professional guidance on all aspects of selling a property and Louise has replied to all emails sent and phone calls made the same day. It’s been a pleasure wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleG&T Properties took on our sale in December 2024 photos were taken on 3rd December 2024. We signed a notice of sale 29th March 2025 having been told that our buyers didn't need a mortgage and their buyer was a "cash investor ". We looked forward to a quick sale. We finally completed handing keys over to G&T yesterday 28th August 2025 five month's after the notice of sale.

GoogleI have viewed a couple of properties with G&T. The agent who showed me round the first property was unable to answer questions directed to her. She didn’t even know where the garden of the property was and said “I know it sounds like a cop out, but you’ll have to call the office to ask” . When I put an application in for the second property, I was promised I’d be contacted either way. I received no contact after 2 weeks, so had to call myself, only to be told the property had been let. My overall impression is that they are not very professional.

In regards to questions about the property, as you may appreciate we have a large stock level available so sometimes the filed staff may not no certain questions about the property, rather than just advising they don't know, our staff are trained to call the office so we can answer your queries accurately, so we are pleased this was the case here. In regards to your application, I can see you were unsuccessful and you were emailed advising this. We do have new properties coming to the market every week so please keep an eye on our website or contact our offices where we can add you as a actively looking tenant so you get alerted to any new properties as soon as they hit the market.

GoogleVery glad instructed G&T to help sell my property. Louise and the others in the office kept updated and were on the ball throughout the process. Didn't feel pressured to sign up, and once instructed were more than happy to work with me to get the right listing and and book the viewings in at convenient times for both myself and the potential buyers. Selling a house isn't something do often, so was great could just call up to get advice as and when needed without any problem at all. At around half the price of the typical chain agents, was great value and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks!

GoogleFast to take the rent but don’t want to sort any repairs on the property. The staff think they’re something special but they’re just pen pushers who ain’t got a clue. Over 5 months we had to beg them to remove the rubbish that was there before the property was taken on! Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors were not fitted until I spoke to the council who then contacted them to get it sorted as it’s against the law. If you have any problems with these clowns your better off going to your local council because they dont want the work Im not a tenant but a family member is and how can you say that the review is false? Look at the pictures and look at the work that’s had to be carried out on the property when you look at the report of the house! Your company is shocking!! Now because I told you you’re all clowns and pen pushers I’m the one in the wrong? 5 MONTHS before you done what you promised before my family member moved in !! 5MONTHS to fix a broken roof which was leaking in to their bedroom but nothing was done until the council was involved ! More then welcome to Call me and explain I’m more then happy to give you my number privately hit believe me I won’t take the review down because I’ll let everyone who sees this know how much of a lazy company G&T properties are. Ask your worker Tracy to fill you in because she knows about the property!!
Hi Matt, I can't see you are one of our tenants. Can you supply the full address of your rental property please so we can investigate this further please? We can also ensure there is no subletting occurring or any fraudulent claims being made. All of our properties will have an inventory check in which will details smoke and C0 alarms (these are tested the day before, when we are preparing the check in inventory), any tenant will then sign the check in inventory confirming that the smoke and C0 alarm are in working order. Providing safe rental properties is at the heart of our business. Calling our staff pen pushers who think they are something special and calling us clowns says more about you as a person than anything else. Our staff are extremely hard working and dedicated and your comments are totally unwarranted, entirely false and out of order, say what you like about our company but don't get personal about our staff, that is totally unfair. We look forward in receiving you address details so we can investigate this further and take the relevant course of action.

GoogleI have been renting from G&T for the last 2.5yrs and am now moving to another one of their properties to continue renting with them. As a letting agent I can't fault them. They endeavor to help with anything and everything and have made my renting experience fantastic.
