As landlords, we use G&T for our rental properties even though they are slightly out of our area. It's always a pleasure to deal with them using their managed service, nothing is too much trouble and we have happy tenants as a result. I would recommend all aspects of their service.

Absolutely fantastic company, and the best and most communicative that I’ve ever used. Nothing was ever too much. They dealt with any manner of concerns, anxieties and random phone calls so efficiently and professionally we truly feel cared for. We have positive energy going into this letting knowing that we will be supported by the agency throughout. Special thanks to Ellis who never made me feel anything was too much.

Working with Louise has been AMAZING! The sale hasn’t completed yet but she is constantly keeping me updated and making this process easier than it is. She is a great asset to the company and they are lucky to have her. Keep up the good job Louise!

G&T properties has helped me be a first time tenant in a property. Ellis has been extremely helpful and patient with me. Being a first time tenant can be stressful and overwhelming but exciting too and she’s been able to answer all my questions and constant bombarding of emails and calls. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with G and t properties , and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. From the outset, the office staff were incredibly attentive and professional over the phone. Every time I called, I was met with a friendly voice, quick responses, and a real willingness to help, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What truly stood out, however, was the field staff member assigned to us,alicia.who was incredible to talk to not only about the property but had a genuine care for my family’s needs advising us on the next steps to chase up with the office. I would truly recommend g and t.

I have been dealing with Dean and his team for many years. His all team and in recent experience in particular where due to some unusual circumstances I had a negative experience. Cloee did her best to change this to a very positive experience. Thank you Dean and Cloee and whole team at G & T properties 😀 …

I chose G&T through a friend’s recommendation and I had so much trust in them, especially as the reviews are also fantastic but unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience with them and quite frankly it was the most stressful experience … More

Dean and the team at G&T properties have been a pleasure to work with in regards to selling a property I had inherited. During a difficult time, they made it very easy for myself and my family to deal with; always communicative and contactable every step of the way, super professional and everything was done with such ease. Their fees are extremely reasonable and the service that was provided to us was impeccable (they even went the extra mile to sort a problem for us whilst we were abroad!). I would highly recommend their services if selling property, and thank you to the G&T team for taking the pressure of us during this time!

I have just rented through G&T. There were lots of viewings and they had a number of interested parties. Well done G&T. The only downside was there were too many people involved in the office, I was never sure who was the best contact. Maybe G&T could give a lead contact to their customer and maybe a backup person.
