GoogleWe managed to locate a house to rent through g & t properties. The whole journey was taken care of in a speedy and friendly way. Streamlined process is very efficient. I would highly recommend. I would like to say a big thank you to them all for helping me and my family.

GoogleFantastic letting agents i must say. It’s been a smooth and transparent ride with you guys. Ellis deserve some holiday, she has really been amazing. GoogleI came to G and T Properties when I decided I wanted to move out for the first time. They were extremely helpful and found me the perfect property and gave me so much advice to go with it. If I had any trouble I only had to pick up the phone. I would 100% reccomend these to anybody especially if your like me and wanting to move out for the first time. Great customer services from all the team. Thanks guys.

GoogleRecently fell on unfortunate circumstances and have needed to find a new home. Tracey B has been incredibly helpful and kind in this whole process, giving fast and informative responses to my emails. I have been a real pain and she has been nothing but lovely and understanding about it Everyone I have spoken to at the company have been great and informative and cannot fault my experience so far :)

GoogleBe careful of the extra fees that are not made clear on their Marketing and also by the Agent who visited my house. I was charged £410 for Inventory and Deposit Registration that both shown as services that you opt into (if required). These are (apparently) Mandatory with G&T and you are opted in automatically. This is a sneaky trick in my opinion.

GoogleG&T dealt with the sale of our property after another high street estate agent had let us down with poor service. Dean immediately listed our home with fantastic photos and video. Jess and the sales staff answered calls and actually got back to us straight away if we left a message. The whole sale process was handled with professionalism ... but remaining friendly and helpful Would recommend 100%PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBrought our home in Brierley Hill, and finally got our keys 21st Oct, staff were very help full and went the extra mile to sort out any problems we had.( and we did have a few) the staff eased any worries we had when we rang up . Louise even gave us contacts numbers . All the staff we spoke to was polite,caring, and professional in there job rolls, and made the translations between buying our home smooth as possible many thanks we would recommend them.

GoogleI can honestly say that this agency is, by far, the best one I have dealt with so far. Louise has went far beyond her job requirements and I can not praise her enough. She always stayed on top of the sale issues, kept contact with me, updated me constantly and her friendly personality has made a huge difference. I can honestly say she is the reason for the transaction being completed. Congratulations to her, Cloee and Dean for the impeccable service provided!

GoogleThe application process was very quick and straight forward. The agents were prompt with replies and even managed to help remove the guarantor requirement for us. However there were a few delays and push backs once we’d paid our deposit making our move in date later than we had already discussed due to issues that probably should have already been done well before
