Very unprofessional. Received a courtesy call back on the house I had booked a viewing on, agent seemed pleasant enough. They pointed out there was mining in the area so that was why it was cash buyers only. We thought that was the reason and said we still wanted to see it. Silence. "Hello?""But you would have to be a cash buyer""Yes?""But can you proceed?""Yes."More silence. This continued till I told them to just leave it. Very condescending and unprofessional, do you really think it's a good idea to presume how much money potential clients have? It's no wonder you haven't sold the house since you won't let people make a viewing. Will never use in the future.

GoogleVery satisfied with all aspects of the sale of my house. Billingham offered an "All In One Service" combining Energy Performance Certificate, Estate Agent and Conveyancing fees on a no sale no fee basis. My main contact was with Giles at the Stourbridge Office. A professional approach to the sale of the house was employed which secured a selling price above my expectations. Even though the property was empty I was notified of all potential viewings and was given feedback of each viewing. After a sale was negotiated subject to contract, they kept me informed of the progress, easing the communication with the purchasers and their appointed solicitor. I have written this review as a thank you and have no vested interest in writing it.

GoogleOutstanding would be my one word of choice to describe the service that Jez and Giles gave us, from coming to value our house, taking pictures, marketing and giving advice and updates with viewing as well as helping with our purchase and solicitors. it's been a pleasure all the way to the final day of our move, from two very happy boys and parents thank you both and all for your help. As an additional opinion we feel Billingham and Co offer a better quality service than the other local estate agents, who in the past and recently didn't seem bothered in answering general questions or being friendly.

As a novice to selling property, I liked the fact that it was an agreed overall figure at the start of the process rather than being a percentage of this and a percentage of that and depending on if this done. I knew where I stood from the beginning. The initial viewing ran smoothly and the photographs taken represented the property well, with a good sale price being given. Throughout the process the staff have been very friendly and helpful, have worked very hard and have kept us fully informed at every step of the way. A successful sale was achieved. Many thanks.

Our sale took a while but that was probably due to the time of year that we put the property on the market. Having said that team were fantastic at trying different strategies to get more interest in the property. We had regular contact to keep us up to date and we had full control over the sale.Once the offer was accepted the support, guidance and clear will to go the extra mile was amazing. During the final weeks in the run up to completion anything that we considered they could help us with chasing up they did. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

Poor service. Failed to send through application forms after a viewing, had numerous reminders and phone calls but still nothing forthcoming, poor and far fetched excuses were given!In total, 4 phone calls post viewings were made, 2 email addresses given and no communication received. There must be an issue with the CRM as both emails from Richard have just come through with no issue. Shame it's too late.

Jamie (manager) from dudley office came round and gave us a good valuation of our house higher than what we expected however this valuation turned out correct as we got more than what we expected we would. Throughout the sale we had correspondence with the other Jamie who was very helpful and answered all our calls and queries throughly and efficiently. We would recommend B & T for any future sales
