They told I Had to wait 10 days because the vendors was away on holiday.I live some distance away So I booked and paid for a hotel in cast of traffic .Just had a call saying that they sold it to someone else for more money. If the deal falls through don’t come back to me!

Ashley and his team provided the most fantastic service from a sellers perspective. We were kept up to date with updates throughout the process of sale by means of modern communication such as whatsapp rather than the traditional calls and emails which so often require a longer turnaround time to get answers from. This is the second property I have sold through Ashley, and have already recommended him to a number of friends, and colleagues. The quality and attention to detail doesn't stop at Ashley. His whole team were thorough and attentive to our needs throughout the whole process from day 1 discussions over prices where Ashley demonstrated superb market knowledge and a genuine, reasonable offer which was achieved within days rather than weeks. This quality was followed through all the way through day of completion where all parties needed to be aligned and the hardworking team they have all enabled this to happen. Couldn't recommend enough 5*****!

I decided to sell my flat and had meetings with various high street Estate Agents and just wasn't happy with them. I was recommended Ashley Would and from the first meeting I had with him I knew I was going to go with him to sell our flat. I found him friendly, professional, knowledge and he treated me like a client and not just another house to sell. This went for his whole team too they were really helpful if I ever had a question when Ashley wasn't available (which is very rare as he's a workaholic)😊 The videos and pictures Ashley took of my flat were amazing and not like any I had seen before. After posting it I received alot of interest! Ashley ended up selling my flat a few things with the vendors pulling out for various reasons, which was frustrating andnstressful however Ashley kept me upstated every step of the way and I felt as though I had a friend helping me sell my flat and not a robotic estate agents saying things i wanted to hear or what benefited them. I just wanna say a massive thank you to Ashley as his determination to sell my flat was greatly appreciated. After using a high street estate agents to sell, and being very disappointed with them we were recomended by a friend to try Ashley. We had a few other high street ones also giving us a quote, but Ashley came out tops as he was sincere and honest and really enthusiastic. We went through Ashley and had updates and constant communication with him and his team, something i had to chase with the high street one, who once they got our business seemed less interested. After selling our house thorugh Ashley, we had constant updates on the sale all the way through to the move date. I have recommended him to people i have met as his work was exceptional. The purchase of our house was far from simple but having Ashley and his team on side to support and guide us made it a whole lot less stressful. Ashley gave us honest advice and was always on the end of the phone when needed. He helped us to push solicitors when needed and supported us through what felt like a hopeless situation! Well what they say is meant to be one of the most stressful times, moving house was anything but that, with the help and guidance of Ashley and his wonderful team! Anybody looking to move house should consider using Ashley to sell your home. We have found him to be professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting his clients. We sold our house early last year and we considered using Ashley initially but in the end, because we were unsure about using an individual agent, we decided to go with a high street estate agent. This turned out to be the wrong decision. Selling our house was the easy bit, finding an onward purchase and progressing the move was much more of a challenge. After making the sale we have not had great support from our agent and communication has been quite poor at times. When it looked like everything could fall though we contacted Ashley again for advice and he helped us even though we were not his clients. Fortunately for us, everything did turn out OK in the end. However, if it had not, I would not have hesitated to ask Ashley to handle the re-marketing of our property. What we have learnt is that any estate agency is only as good as the people, within a high street agency the people may change. If you go with Ashley you know you will always be working with the right person.

As first time buyers, me and my partner were struggling to find a new home that was ideal for us. That paired with getting very little to no help from other estate agents made house searching quite a tedious and difficult job. After getting in touch with Ashley and his team they started getting the ball rolling almost instantly. Finding possible houses that matched me and my partners needs and requirements. It didn't take them long to get us booked in for a viewing on a house that we absolutely fell in love with straight away. The entire team have a lot of time for their clients and it's clear to see that they really do care for people that decide to buy or sell a property using their service. We received regular updates and they did not hesistate to answer or get information for any questions or queries that we had. Me and my partner are now happy in our new home which we wouldn't have achieved without Ashley and the team. Well we’re do we start, Ashley was fantastic from start to finish with us. He was recommended to us by a friend and from the moment we met him, we saw his passion and desire to do the best for us. Our house went on the market on the Tuesday and was sold within 4 days, but was just the start of the journey and Ashley was fantastic throughout. It took us nearly 5 months to find our dream home, and Ashley was supportive throughout and never once put pressure on us to push through and purchase. As a result, I have recommended friends and family to Ashley and my own parents have recently listed with him. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but when we do Ashley will be our only estate agent from now on, his hands on and never to busy to answer even the simplest questions, always giving us an honest and open answer. I have very little time for estate agents but felt the need to leave this review after viewing one of Ashley Woulds properties with Ashley himself leading the viewing. The property in question wasn't right for us but we left knowing that, when we find the right property, we want Ashley Would Estate Agents to sell our existing property for us.
