My siblings and I were deeply grateful for the excellent customer service which Ashley provided when we were selling my late Mum's house in 2021. He kept us informed every step of the way and was friendly, patient, respectful and efficient, always responding very quickly indeed to any query that myself or my siblings had. I can not recommend Ashley and his team highly enough and if my review does not convince you to use them, then look at the other 270+ positive reviews! From initial contact right through to completion, Ashley and his team were fantastic. They take all the stress and worry out of the process but most importantly their customer service and communication was first class. A simple thing like a What's App group means communication, with all of his team, is quick and easy so you are kept up to date with progress. We used Ashley Would for our the sale of our property. They valued our property £30k higher then a well known high street agent. We had over 10 viewings within the first week and a sale (close to the valuation) was agreed within two weeks. They provided outstanding customer service throughout the sale. They were very supportive and went the extra mile when we encountered hiccups through the process. They were always approachable by call and what's app. I can not recommend their service enough. I recently bought my first home with the support of Ashley Would Estate Agents, and I genuinely cannot stress how exceptional they are! I had the pleasure of being dealt with by Sharon, Jess and Charlotte, who are absolute assets to the team, and are worth their weight in gold! They made the process as stress-free as possible with their diligence, and excellent and speedy communication - especially via WhatsApp and sending regular (at least twice weekly) updates. The team took the time to explain every step of the buying/selling process clearly to me, making sure I understood what was happening, and what to expect next. They took as much stress as possible away from me, and although they were a couple of stressful points, they took the reins and sorted everything out. Their experience in this field makes you feel comfortable, knowing that they are top of their game! It is abundantly clear that they truly care about what they do. Some might say that selling / buying a house can be one of the most stressful times of your life. Some also might say that all estate agents are the same and in it for themselves and that may well be true. All I can say is I found a gem of his chosen profession - Ashley Would and partners or I as prefer to call them Ashley Would & Family, his mother and wife are involved as well as some top people he has known for a long time namely Jess and Cori you really do get to know everyone its very personal. The team not only recommended a great conveyancer solicitor for the sale of our house but also to assist in the purchase of our new property. The only time I contacted Ashley’s team or the solicitors was to clarify some legalese Apart from that I got updates on nearly a day to day basis and the whole process was done and dusted from accepting the offer we received in 5 weeks Could it have gone any better? Only if Ashley was selling the house we bought, a one stop shop so to speak. You can be confident in dealing with this team as if they were your own family.
