Me and my Husband as first time buyers found a property which was in a three property chain. Ashley Would's team did an excellent job, especially Jess communicating between the sellers and solicitors. Finally in 3 months since the offer, we moved to our first home despite being a part of a chain. Every week Jess made sure we are updated on the progress of the whole chain. What can I say. Speechless from start to finish. 5 STARS ISN’T ENOUGH. The service from Ashley, Charlotte, Sharon & Jess was always exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Within the hour or shall I say the minute a message or call was answered to. We never ever had to chase anything. Charlotte always went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly with our sale. We would never go with any other estate agents again if we were to sell…as we would not even get half the service that you guys provide! A really good service very pleased with how we were being updated weekly. Unlike some other estate agents we came across we have not crossed a better one than Ashley Would, they kept us in the loop at all times. Other estate agents, we had to do the work ourselves and get into contact with them to ask what is happening, however Charlotte kept updating us without us having to put pressure on them. When she was not available she made sure that her colleague Jess kept us in the loop at all times. Did not disappoint at all, the estate agents did a better job than our solicitor’s who never told us what was happening. We were quite frustrated with the solicitor’s however if we needed to we knew we could message on WhatsApp and know that we would receive a message on the same day. It is quite stressful enough as it is and everyone being busy but it helps knowing that you can rely on the agents to step in. Even at the end Charlotte and Jess kept chasing the solicitor’s up to make sure everything was done before completion and we finally got there in the end. Need more reliable estate agents like Ashley Would! If we ever need to sell a property we will be sure to contact this family business again. Thank you Charlotte, Jess, Sharon and Ashley for providing us with the best service.

I cannot thank Ashley and his team enough for their extreme professionalism from start to finish. Ashley was recommended to us and instantly impressed with his open and honest approach. He gave advice regarding marketing and we sold quickly as a result. However it was the regular and towards the end of completion , hourly contact that was really appreciated and important to us. Charlotte chased solicitors , updated us with news and next steps and made the experience less stressful as a result of her thorough and persistent nature. Jess and Sharon were also instrumental in the sale and keeping us updated in the months before completion. As a family business we felt there was a genuine investment in our sale and ongoing journey to completion. This is our fourth move but I have never experienced such an outstanding service before. We used a high street estate agents for the sale of our house and what a mistake that was . Little to no updates from them and having to chase them if we did get them . Always seeming like it was an inconvenience when we called asking for an update on the sale of our house . We then found the house for us and it was luckily being sold by Ashley . They showed us how an estate agents should be . Ashley and Charlotte were superb with everything they did . Weekly updates and catch ups with how things were going . Always happy to talk you through anything you were unsure on , even when it’s something that was nothing to do with them and our own estate agents should be telling us . If it’s one thing I have learned from our move it’s to never go with a high street branch and choose a small family ran estate agents who love what they are doing and care for everyone involved. I can not thank Ashley , Charlotte and their team enough for how much they have helped us through this process. Highly recommend if you want someone who will go above and beyond to help you sell your house!!

I just wanted to see what my house was worth. So one Tuesday afternoon Ashley popped over. He asked a bit about what it is we were looking for and I explained how we'd saw very little that fit the bill. He found us our dream house and had numerous offers on ours in the space of a week. I'd never have dreamt it was possible to get photos, a video, floorplan and advertising done and arrange an open house so quickly. There were more potential buyers than time slots. Throughout the process Ashley was on the ball. Really communicative, helpful and supportive. Our sale didnt end up being simple as sadly the buyers solicitor was awful but Ashley mediated professionally throughout when I just couldnt. He made it so much more bareable than it wouldve been. Before meeting Ashley I dreaded having to work with estate agents. I no longer feel like that. I'm so grateful he was recommended to us. Thank you so much for everything.

Thank you to all at Ashley Would Bespoke Estate Agent. An honest estate agent that acts with the integrity of all customers in mind. We had been looking for our dream home for a very long time and had so many setbacks and challenges to overcome, not to mention the added drama and delays due to the pandemic. Unlike all the other estate agents we’ve dealt with over the last few years (there’s been a lot!), Ash and his team were the most professional, always friendly, and approachable, they really did go the extra mile to make everything align as it needed to and contacted us frequently. We had challenges over our mortgage offer expiring amidst interest rate rises and this added constraints to our chain, everything was dealt with in the best possible way and had this not been the case, I doubt we would be in our very own and beautiful character home today. It’s been 6 weeks since we collected our keys and we are so made up with our home and so very excited about seeing in the seasons this year and enjoying all our home has to offer, indoors and out. This made sound cliche but I don't really write reviews. However I believe give credit where credit is due, because if it wasn't for Ashley Would Estate Agents I wouldn't have my beautiful home.I had honestly given up on searching for a home. Ashley and his amazing team manage to balance a great level of professionalism with a person centred approach. I'm sure sales and numbers are important it's a business, but that never comes across from Ashley or his team. There is not only reassurance when you have questions, but answers and solutions are found in a timely manner which is essential when buying or selling a property. Weekly updates are provided on the progress of your sale (however Ashley is there in between if needed). You are looked after from the start of the journey until the end. I think we are so used to using well known high street estate agents, but it's not always a safe bet. I honestly would not use a well known high street agent again,(Unless Ashley expands with multiple branches!!) I have used four on separate occasions and Ashley Would Estate Agents level of service has surpassed them all. If you are thinking of buying or selling I highly recommend you contact Ashley.

I’ve used Ashley twice now and the service he and his team provide just keeps getting better. Selling and buying is extremely daunting, but Sharon put me at ease immediately, keeping me updated with viewings and regular, friendly feedback and Charlotte was just fantastic from the moment we agreed sale. Regular weekly updates, liaising with solicitors so that I didn’t have to really helped. We had some minor bumps along the way and Charlotte was just fabulous and so understanding of our circumstances, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Although we weren’t lucky enough to find our dream home through Ashley, viewings that we did have with them, Jess was a wonderful and knowledgeable member of the team. Couldn’t recommend a better team for the job and I would never use anyone other than them again, and although I’m glad the process is over, I will miss having our weekly chats and feeling part of this wonderful team. Well what can I say about Ashley and his team! From the moment we met Ashley, he made us feel at ease and comfortable and we were in our own home! The Whats App group set up really helped us to contact the team and we had weekly (and eventually daily) updates and all parties were chased without us having to do any of the work! Sharon made me feel relaxed when I was concerned about allowing random strangers into own home and clearly sold our house very well!! We had 8 offers 2 days later! Charlotte was amazing!! Throughout the whole experience, there were A LOT of issues but with Charlotte's support, advice and care she dealt with everything professionally, calmly and quickly - she probably went above and beyond what she needed to do so we thank you very much :) I would highly recommend Ashley and the team and thank them all for their hard work and dedication in helping our house move go as smoothly as it can! Choosing Ashley Would Estate Agents Halesowen was by far the best choice we made when selling our old home. Their proactive approach meant that our house sold faster than we could have imagined and, they made sure the process was moving forwards week by week. If you want an estate agent that strives to get the job done. I would recommend these guys. We used Ashley Would Estate Agent recently when selling our first house. Right from the start it was clear that Ashley and the amazing team (Charlotte, Jess and Sharon) offered a truly personal service, and I can hand on heart say this was the case throughout. With Ashley's knowledge, guidance and advice, the first viewing was arranged within a couple of days of going live. We never thought we would secure an offer as quickly as we did however within a day of Jess holding the first viewing, an offer was made. Once we accepted the offer, Charlotte updated us with news and progress on a weekly basis. Charlotte was proactive in seeking updates from within the chain, ensuring continued progress. While selling our first house and purchasing our forever home, we were also expecting our first child. What they say is two of the most stressful times in someone's life, it was anything but that because of Ashley and the team. Nothing was ever a problem for them and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and prompt completion. I cannot recommend Ashley Would Estate Agent highly enough.
