My experience with Ashley would and partners has been very plain sailing. I’m embarrassed to admit at the start we thought about retracting the sale and leaving it … till another day. I’m someone who hates change, has two kids and felt it would be such a stressful process that it scared me. But Ashley’s team are nothing short than amazing. His mother Sharon, has a lovely warming personality and upon arrival to viewings found me in a mess with the kids and gave me all the reassurance I needed. It really helped. Once our house was sold that was it! The process was so much easier, Ashley’s team Jess and Cori, were also superstars making sure they update us when they need to and even checking in on us and making sure all is going well. Jess was constantly keeping us informed of anything solicitor related and it helped the process be a lot smoother, during a WhatsApp chat we could all keep informed and in touch and sometimes when I was working this was the better way of contact. I would really recommend Ashley and his team, himself he comes across as a very hard working , but also family man and you can tell he has a passion for property and helping families find they’re forever home like us. I wish Ashley and his team all the best for the future and I hope his business will continue to prosper and grow! They all deserve it very much!

Unfortunately, due to a change of circumstances we had to cut our tenancy managed by Ashley Would short, however during our time in the property (as well as the application and leaving process!) they were nothing short of amazing. I’ve been renting for roughly 15 years on both sides of the world and I would hands down say that Ashley Would are the best Estate Agent I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with! All elements were communicated clearly, any issues we had were resolved immediately, and everything went as smoothly as you could ask! Thank you so much for the last year! Cori who helped us while making an offer did a fantastic job negotiating back & forth and Jess has been fantastic through the purchase. The weekly updates in the whats app group are amazing. Jess's communication was A++, never had to chase her up for updates, she was always first updating. Even though we had some delays due to the onward chain, we were very happy overall. The whole set up with this estate agent is amazing. They are approachable, friendly and so professional. It was even great meeting the team at the office while collecting the keys. I sold my late mother's bungalow through Ashley Would after negative experiences with two previous agents who failed to sell the property. Ashley Would found a buyer promptly upon remarketing the property with them. When (through no fault of the agent) the buyer dropped out, they then found a new buyer within a week of going back on the market, with an over the asking price offer and the sale was finally concluded in December 2024. The service, dedication and professionalism from Ashley, Sharon, Jess and Cori was second to none throughout the whole of the process, in positive contrast to the other two agents I used. I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling a property, and my only regret is not coming to them first.

We would highly recommend this estate agents! The staff have been amazing from the words can you value our house! Ashley was very professional when he did our valuation on our home. We knew as soon as he left that we wanted him to look after us when selling our home. Sharon who did our viewings was amazing, we had numerous offers from the first set of block viewings. I cannot praise Ashley and the team enough for all their support in selling my house. They felt my frustrations on it taking longer than anticipated but we got there in the end! I went through a lot of turmoil personally and have to say they didn't have to care as it had nothing to do with selling the house, but they did. Sharan in particular always made sure I was okay before during and after viewings. The whole team were just amazing and I appreciated the constant updates, even on a house I wasn't buying through them. I decided to use Ashley Would Estate Agents as they were more responsive than their competitors following my initial contact. Ashley himself came to value my old property and spent well over an hour with me answering my questions and explaining the selling process, he also devised a master plan to sell, as I wanted a quick sale and had seen a property that I really liked and wanted. To cut a long story short Ashley and his team executed his plan perfectly and sold my property within the first week of it being on the market, I am also pleased to tell you that I am writing this review sitting in the living room of the property mentioned above!! The whole process of my old property hitting the market, to getting the keys to my new property was only a little over 3 months!! and is mainly down to Ashley's team being on the ball constantly pushing solicitors and the other parties involved. Overall the whole process of selling then buying a property was somewhat challenging, but it is really reassuring that you have a team of professionals there to guide, help, advise and ultimately get it all over the finish line for you!
