After 4 months into our house sale, our buyers dropped out causing stress and anguish to us and the couple who we were buying our new home from. We decided to switch agents to Ashley Would, who were managing the sale of the new house. Ashley and Jess were great from the start, for sale and sold signs were erected and took down in good time. The photographer did a great job considering we had brown boxes stacked up everywhere. Jess communicated throughout the entire process pushing for updates from the solicitors weekly, and finally 9 months later after originally putting our house on the market, the sale went through. When we collected our keys we were given a card and bottle of prosecco which was an extra special personal touch. We would highly recommend this estate agents to anybody wishing to sell their home 🩷👌🥂

My experience with Ashley would and partners has been very plain sailing. I’m embarrassed to admit at the start we thought about retracting the sale and leaving it … till another day. I’m someone who hates change, has two kids and felt it would be such a stressful process that it scared me. But Ashley’s team are nothing short than amazing. His mother Sharon, has a lovely warming personality and upon arrival to viewings found me in a mess with the kids and gave me all the reassurance I needed. It really helped. Once our house was sold that was it! The process was so much easier, Ashley’s team Jess and Cori, were also superstars making sure they update us when they need to and even checking in on us and making sure all is going well. Jess was constantly keeping us informed of anything solicitor related and it helped the process be a lot smoother, during a WhatsApp chat we could all keep informed and in touch and sometimes when I was working this was the better way of contact. I would really recommend Ashley and his team, himself he comes across as a very hard working , but also family man and you can tell he has a passion for property and helping families find they’re forever home like us. I wish Ashley and his team all the best for the future and I hope his business will continue to prosper and grow! They all deserve it very much!

Very happy with the team. Cori & Jess have been amazing since day one. Cori who helped us while making an offer did a fantastic job negotiating back & forth and Jess has been fantastic through the purchase. The weekly updates in the whats app group are amazing. Jess's communication was A++, never had to chase her up for updates, she was always first updating. Even though we had some delays due to the onward chain, we were very happy overall. The whole set up with this estate agent is amazing. They are approachable, friendly and so professional. It was even great meeting the team at the office while collecting the keys. I sold my late mother's bungalow through Ashley Would after negative experiences with two previous agents who failed to sell the property. Ashley Would found a buyer promptly upon remarketing the property with them. When (through no fault of the agent) the buyer dropped out, they then found a new buyer within a week of going back on the market, with an over the asking price offer and the sale was finally concluded in December 2024. The service, dedication and professionalism from Ashley, Sharon, Jess and Cori was second to none throughout the whole of the process, in positive contrast to the other two agents I used. I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling a property, and my only regret is not coming to them first.

Worth. Every. Penny. Where do I start…. The best decision I made throughout my entire house moving journey was working with Ashley and his team. We would highly recommend this estate agents! The staff have been amazing from the words can you value our house! Ashley was very professional when he did our valuation on our home. We knew as soon as he left that we wanted him to look after us when selling our home. Sharon who did our viewings was amazing, we had numerous offers from the first set of block viewings. Sold our House with Ashley, Sharon, Jess and the team. They actually sold it 3 times but had 2 buyers pull out for various reasons. No let up in the hard work or enthusiasm from this lot. The service is levels above other estate agents we have dealt with. Having viewed over 50 houses in our search for an onward purchase we can tell you this is a premium service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 When looking for an estate agent to sell our first house we spoke to a few different agents. Speaking to Ashley felt the most informative and personal and we liked that it was a family run business and he really cared. The team at Ashley Would did a fantastic job at selling our house and kept us informed about each viewing before and after. The WhatsApp group with all the whole team was amazing as it felt like we had a lot of people supporting us and everyone cared about selling our house. It also meant that I wasn’t receiving calls through the day that I couldn’t answer whilst I was at work, which happened with other agents. Once our house was sold, I thought their work would end there. Jess was an absolute dream! She supported us the whole way, until we were physically in our new house. My mother recently bought and sold through Ashley Would. They were professional and supportive throughout, even though it turned out to be a considerably longer journey than any of us had anticipated. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting an estate agent who is highly involved, friendly and proactive. Jess offered us weekly updates on the property sale and purchase from all areas of the chain which made dealing with the purchase and move much smoother. Well I have to start off by saying thank you to Ashley and his team! From start to finish the experience and service me and my family have had from the team has been great! We were recommended Ashley from friends and we weren’t disappointed Asher and his team had our house sold within a few weeks of it being on the market. Once it had sold Jess was in constant communication with us giving us weekly updates and answering any of our questions along the way (even when we thought they might be silly questions) Jess or Sharron answered them for us in a timely manner. Towards the end of our chain Jess and everyone at there end were helping chasing everyone to get the completion together. Ashley and the team sold a property for us a week or so ago and were great right from the start. Ashley came out for the initial consultation discussed his approach and the property in detail and advised on a price he felt the property could sell for. He was honest and fair. We decided to proceed based on the consultation, the photos and advert were fantastic. We received offers at the higher end of Ashley’s valuation and throughout the sale process Jess and the team kept us updated on the sale process and kept pushing to ensure we completed at a time that suited us. BESPOKE by name bespoke by nature! No other local estate agency or EXP rep comparable! The experience we have had with Ashley and his wonderful team has made the process of selling effortless. Having not sold a property before I had lots of questions throughout the whole process before, during and beyond completion. The team were informative, helpful, accessible and nothing was too much trouble. I was never made to feel like my question was silly and the system of using what’s app chats allows you to receive timely updates and access the team 24/7. Messages are read and responded to so quickly within working hours and beyond. A lovely family run business. Ashley was great at the start when I put my house on the market, friendly and professional. The Rightmove advert was great with a video tour and good pictures of the home. It didn't take long to sell at all. Big thanks to Jess who had to deal with one hell of a long chain!
