This is the loveliest company I have ever come across and they are a family run business so I think that makes the experience even better. From offer to completion it has only taken 10 weeks, which is insanely quick, because they handled everything and advised we use their solicitors which is the best decision we could have made because we completed on the date that we asked for. The communication between Ashley Would and us has been beyond incredible with weekly updates and a WhatsApp group which made everything so much easier with working full time and trying to juggle buying a house. Ashley Would were in constant contact with the solicitors and made sure everything was being done in a timely manner and we were always notified of any changes or updates. I have met a couple of the people in person and spoken to them all over the phone or message and they are genuinely the loveliest and friendliest people and so easy to talk to! They even got us a gift even though it is us that should be thanking them! Genuinely the best Estate Agents in the World and would highly recommend because these people can't do enough for you and I cannot fault them.

We were recommended by a friend for Ashley and his team to sell our home. From the first initial chat with Ashley, I knew they were the perfect estate agent for us to use. Ashley is so professional, friendly, knowledgable and certainly knows how to best advertise your home. Our home video and photographs were so beautifully presented like I’ve never seen before. As a family run business all the team we dealt with were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. But by far Jess, well what can we say… she was absolutely outstanding in getting our very difficult and long house chain over the finishing line. She kept us updated weekly (using watts app messaging too) to ensure we were always kept in the loop of what was happening at every stage of our house sale up to completion. She went way and beyond, regularly chasing solicitors and keeping the house chain happy. Thank you all, for helping us move in to our dream home. ☺️

Ashley Would did just that, offering clear, open communication throughout the entire process and always being available to answer our questions.
