As first time sellers, we were unsure of where to even start! Ashley made it easy to understand and gave us a run down of what would happen ect. Our house was sold in 3 days! There were so many viewings we were very happy. It’s been a long and lengthy process, with a few hiccups here and there, but Ashley has always been a phone call or message away. We are truly grateful to him for all of the help, chasing and support that he has given us with the sale of our home. Now today, we finally get the keys to our new home. We had our house on the market with a local well known estate agents for a while and barely got any interest. The odd viewing here and there, all of which we had to do ourselves. We didn't feel like we were getting anywhere with them so decided to take it off the market for a bit. Then comes along Ashley. We met Ashley back before he started off in December 2020 and had a really good chat about things, safe to say myself and my husband were very impressed. Fast forward a few months and we decided it was the right time to re-list our property. We knew we wanted Ashley to market our property as his approach just felt right. He is super professional and knows exactly what he is doing. He went above and beyond to sell our house - he even had a professional videographer come round to do a video of the house and surrounding area. Within a few days, the house was listed and he managed to book in 3 times as many viewings in the first few days of it being on the market than we had when it was with the previous estate agents. Within a week, the house was sold. The whole process was easy, and with constant communication it was so lovely working with Ashley. Would 100% recommend Ashley to anyone wanting to sell or buy. We decided to sell our property with Ashley Would as from our very first meeting we found him to be professional, knowledgeable and he treated us as clients and not just another property to sell that we felt we would be with the larger estate agent chains. His marketing photographs and video really showed our home off to its full potential, so much so that 3 hours after going live on the property websites Ashley had booked 20 viewings for the Friday. We were lucky that we received several offers from these viewings and had sold our property in less than one week. The best part of having Ashley as our estate agent was his weekly updates on the sales progression, he also answered any questions or concerns we had promptly. I only wish that the house we bought was sold by him as it would have been a lot less stressful but alas we were moving out of area. If you want to have a stress free and personal approach to selling (or buying) your next home then you should contact Ashley Would.
