FacebookWe first met Dominique on Good Friday and we sold and bought a day and a half later, on Easter Sunday. What other estate agents are available to take calls on a bank holiday? none that I am aware of and this is why we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicol & Co. Leanne then took over and made the process as easy as possible. It was a little difficult towards the end which was out of their control but Leanne was always in contact with us throughout the whole process. Towards the end she pulled out all of the stops and made the chains preferred completion date a reality. It was great work from the whole team at Nicol & Co. If you’re thinking of using them, to sell your house, or to buy a house through them, you will not be disappointed.

Facebook"Purchased a house in Malvern from a developer who was selling them through Nicol & Co. Initially they were ok but we had a problem with communication with the developer and the owner Matt Nichol said he would deal on our behalf. What followed was 3 months of shocking customer service, constant chasing and basically being fobbed off by Mr Nicol. When I informed Mr Nichol that I did not like being treated in this manner he disappeared never to be heard from again. The sale proceeded through o completion - largely in part to us doing all the chasing and leg work - something you would expect an estate agent to do! If you look through their previous reviews this company is fine when things are running smoothly - as soon as a problem is flagged up they go into melt-down. If the boss don't care how do you expect his staff to... Personally I think there are far better, more professional estate agents in Worcester!"

Nicol & Co moved really quickly to get our property on the market - Dominique, Nathan and Leanne were brilliant. First estate agent I have used who are actually proactive about showing viewers around - most prefer you to do it yourself. We sold to the first couple to view our house and got the price we wanted. Excellent service.

FacebookWe rented a house managed by Nicol and co and from the beginning there were many, many problems from a gas leak to 4 water leaks (showers + roof conservatory, oil tank leak, oil hose leak (in the kitchen!). This is the most important summary, but there was much more. However, the worse was Nicol and co supported the landlord in his behaviour of disrepair. We called the Whychavon council for help. The council forced them to repair all of the above and more, they even broke the deadline the council provided. Nicol and co and the landlord reacted very defensive and the communciation was very bad. We wrote Matt Nicol in the hope of improving the situation, but he reacted defensively too. Luckily, we could finally leave the property. We organised a professional cleaning by a widely recommended organisation but still struggle to get the deposit back. Honestly, we cannot recommend this estate agency for renting a house. It was a nightmare.

We've not had the easiest of rides but yet nicol and co have somehow picked us up and made us feel like we're there only customer.Our house sold on first viewing back in December but sadly after being strung along by our buyers for 5 months they decided to pull out. Within 48 hours of it falling through we've accepted another offer. We truly believe this is due to the fantastic nicol and co team, Tash, Paul, Matt and Amy. Your absolute gems.

GoogleI thoroughly recommend the staff at Nicol and Co Droitwich to manage your house sale. It started with Robyn McKenzie’s valuation which was exactly the price my home sold for. She started with a virtual walkthrough because of the Pandemoc then attended in person as soon as restrictions were eased. Robin showed me similar properties and their “sold” prices to explain her valuation. The team showing prospective buyers through were prompt and respectful. Follow up calls giving feedback were made quickly and provided detailed information. It was then the sales progression team with whom Zi had the most contact. Jess and Katie contacted me regularly with updates. The sale is due for completion in 2 days. I couldn’t be happier.
