We have now completed our house sale and purchase and didn’t actually use Nicol and Co directly, however from our first interaction with them they took down our preferences and wants and contacted us regularly (not too regularly!) with options and to check in on our progress
If we were looking to sell/buy again, we would seriously consider using them; as a prospective buyer I felt like I was made aware of every property that may have been of interest to us in a friendly and informative way
