I’ll start by saying my experience with estate agents have been dire, so when my husband and I started the process of looking for a new property it wasn’t something we were very excited for. Fast forward to contacting Nicol & Co, I was put in touch with a very friendly lady, Jasmine. When we hang up I thought to myself that was really refreshing, I wasn’t asked “what’s our position?” Or “do you have proof of funds?”.Instead I was asked what were we looking for, what areas were of interest and how she could help.Jasmine then made me aware of other properties she had on her books that matched our needs and if it was something we were interested in, she could book a viewing for those too. Not knowing Worcester, having someone so enthusiastic and willing to help, with the customer service of an angel I was so excited to finally have a positive experience.We have found our dream property, purely because of Jasmine and we couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve had very little to deal with the other team, but one thing I can say is that the phone is always answered without having to wait and by someone friendly, who is always able to answer my question or come back to me promptly with the answer. Nicol & Co (Jasmine) thank you for restoring my faith in estate agents and I will be sure to only deal with you again.

Nicol & Co delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. The channel of communication remained open from the moment we had our property valued by Robin to when we collected the keys at completion. They allowed us to view properties that were on their books but were not yet on the market and it was one of these that we are now lucky enough to call our home. It was actually Matt Nicol who was in the hot seat when we sold our house and it came as a result of him following up with previously interested parties after we decided to drop our asking price slightly. Once at the stage of completing legal documentation Nicol & Co sent an employee to our house to ensure it was done correctly, thus avoiding any delays further down the line. This was an unexpected bonus that was hugely appreciated. The sales progression team were exceptionally helpful and Odette was able to guide us through answering the inquiries we received from our purchasers and Coral ensured the solicitors were working towards the timeline we had requested. Nicol & Co were there to guide us at every step of the process and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

She was great at keeping in touch and communicating with us, and was great at getting the rest of the chain moving and finding out what was happening. Brilliant service throughout especially when selling my property during the COVID-19 pandemic. I decided to put my house on the market with Nicol & Co in January and by mid March we had accepted an offer, unfortunately due to a change in circumstances we lost a link in our chain and decided to not re-market straight away but wait to see if we could complete the chain again. After a few weeks of discussions with our purchaser it became apparent through no fault of them that we had no chain and we decided to back on the market.Within a week Nicol & Co had found us another buyer with no chain and booked a viewing pretty much straight away. On the same day of the viewing we also accepted the offer and within a matter of weeks are now enjoying our new home which we couldn’t have done without them.I’d also like to take the opportunity to make a special mention to Coral, Dan & Evie for working extremely hard for us during this difficult time and getting the result we wanted. Joanna at Nicol and Co is so helpful really was a five star service. My experience with estate agents is they are not very helpful if you are the buyer rather than the seller paying their fee but Joanna was brilliant. Very efficient and nothing was ever too much trouble for her always had time to help. The service provided by Nicol & Co was excellent. From initial meetings with Zoe, it took just over a week to get the house photographed and on the market. We had an asking price offer less than 24 hours after the advert going live and finally sold the house for £10k over asking price. The support and communication from Zoe and the team during the sale was brilliant. Once the offer had been formally accepted, Leanne took over and worked her magic, driving through the sale and keeping us updated. I really appreciated the support from Leanne, chasing solicitors and buyers further down our chain, she really deserves a medal for her efforts I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Great service from Nicol &co . Special thanks to Leanne who was instrumental in pushing through the sale. It took 4 months to complete the sale on our empty flat mainly thanks to our conveyances Avrillo who were pretty useless. Communication was non existent. You had to book when you could call them and then they couldn’t take the call. If it wasn’t for Leanne who communicated with the vendors solicitor we would still be at it now!Nicol & co always professional and nothing to much trouble. Strongly recommend!

At the beginning of the year my partner and I were considering putting our house up for sale - we did what everyone tells you not to and fell in love with another house before ours had even been put on screen!We called Nicol & Co and asked them to come round to carry out a valuation, within 24 hours Matt Bennett was on our door step ready to get the ball rolling. Less than a week later our house was on the market, online, with viewings booked in. Matt couldn't have been more helpful, he was honest about what would and wouldn't improve our chances for a quick sale - all of which was completely right! My partner and I have had the worst experience with these Charlatans. They are dishonest, never reply back in time, do not do what they say. They are shoddy and a bloody joke! They forgot to mention before we moved in we couldn’t hang our washing out and we ended up being harassed and abused by other tenants for doing this. We asked for a Meter reading ASAP and still haven’t had one. And the list could go on. My family rent out two houses and if their agents were half as bad as these guys they’d have fired them already! The whole team who dealt with our rental at Powick Mills were useless! The lady who showed us around the house was fab and it stopped there! We Had to wait months for reply’s back and had to chase it up. Lights and fixtures were never changed as promised in the space of 7 Months! This is not even to mention that we were promised a week before we moved in the whole place would be completely cleaned and painted which it wasn’t so we had to ask and fight for that to be done which I believe was completed a day before. We heard such good things about Nicol and co but we have been totally let down. We had a customer care call, to which we told them all of this and nothing ever happened and no one ever came back to us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS EVEN OUR LANDLORD IS SELLING WITH ANOTHER AGENCY!

Very impressed from the buyers side. Coral was great throughout. Coral balanced the expectations of both the buyer and seller very well. Very pleasant and polite all the time - a refreshing experience with an estate agent. The gift box on moving in was a nice touch too.Hopefully we will not need to sell for a long time but will not hesitate to sell with or recommend to friends or family.
