This webpage allows fake pictures and fake information. I wasted time and money looking for houses here where pictures and information was not as described. And there is not even a way to report those properties either. Using already other webpages.

I'm so sick of this time-wasting website. I can't understand why, if I SPECIFICALLY SAY I want a garden, it's showing me results of communal gardens or nearby green space. It's not what I asked for!!!

The new format/ layout of the website is brutal. The. Worst.You took what was pretty great and turned it into an unpleasant web experience.The finest example of fixing something not broken I have ever seen. Shocking.

Too slow to email notification of new properties. They emailed me at 4pm but the property went on at 9am and was fully booked by the time I was alerted - despite Email Instantly being selected.

This was one of the worst experiences. This took 3 weeks, they ended up contacting the wrong people, never got it right. It was a massive strain. Would not use them.
