Communication was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. I will be recommending to anyone looking for a letting agent. What a breath of fresh air!

GoogleFirstly, I have bought through Morris Armitage on 2 separate occasions in the last 8 years. Both times they have been flawless on all counts. This is the reason I chose to rent my property through them when I moved away. They managed my property for 3 years and most recently sold it for me. The staff are superb both in sales and rentals. They always returned my calls if I didn't catch them in the office, and would always discuss things at length with me and I have never felt "hurried" as I have with other agents in the past. They have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions during rental period and have organised a number of works on my behalf as I live some 6 hours away. My recent sale has also been flawless. The property sold within 2 days of being on the market and through the exchange and completion, the staff were on hand to answer questions at every turn. A nice touch was that I could contact the office for an update on the conveyancing progress rather than going through the solicitors secretaries and waiting on call backs. The only negative I can say is that there isn't a Morris Armitage branch in Cornwall where I am now!
