They are extremely friendly and professional and went to very great lengths to make it a seamless process, liaising with solicitors and buyers and constantly keeping everyone up to date. From the start they regularly kept us up to date with the process of renting out our flat. This regular communication took all the worry from what was something new for us. Our flat was rented out quickly and now apart from recieving updates and the rent we don’t have to think about it. All the staff were friendly, professional and able to answer all of our questions. GoogleWe chose Morris Armitage in Downham Market after initially having chosen another local estate agent. What I really liked about them was they were just honest - about the price of the house and the varying market conditions. They kept us up to speed all along and also got a fair few people through the door. We sold with them after a few months of the house going on the market - from James the owner to Ben, Lee, Karen and Vicky, there was a smooth transition between departments as we moved through the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They don't talk the talk, like many estate agents. They walk the walk. And we are very grateful to them.

What an absolute superstar helping us with our sale even though we didn’t use Morris Armitage we used another estate agent but our buyer used them and Karen reached out to see if she could help and get some updates as NO one knew anything and our estate agents were not very informative we wouldn’t have completed if it wasn’t for Karen!! GoogleMy wife and I had a very good experience with Morris Armitage. They were very effective and professional at advertising and selling our house, and achieved an acceptable offer just after 24 hours of our house going on the market. The agents are friendly and approachable. Our sale and purchase took three months from offers to completion. They also keep in contact with the solicitors to speed up the process and ensure there are no avoidable delays. On this experience we cannot find fault with this agency and would highly recommend.
