GoogleWe used Morris Armitage in Downham Market when we were purchasing our house, and the whole team were so helpful all the way through. Especially Karen who was so easy to contact and kept us up to date every week. We will definitely use them again when buying or selling in the future!

Googlenever had much luck with estate agents, however Karen at Morris Armitage has changed my mind, she has been a solid rock and a font of knowledge, helpful and calm. i use the word calm as this was something i started to loose, but she kept me and us on course, 1st class feed back service as well as always a smile in her voice down the phone and her nothing too much of a bother attitude - bravo Karen and thank you.for all those looking to sell or buy a property, who have reservations on estate agents agents go and speak with karen she bloody brilliant - 5star lady

GoogleWe used Morris Armitage to sell our property. Mr Armitage was professional and explained everything we needed to know clearly at our initial meeting and valuation. Lee and Ben who helped with the floor plan, description etc were helpful and although after my review there were a couple of amendments to make, they were made instantly. We accepted an offer after only the second viewing and was passed into Karen’s very capable hands to progress us from offer to exchange of contracts. Unfortunately we had a very stressful and long journey from offer to exchange due to other estate agents and solicitors failings but Karen kept me up to date at all times (despite me bothering her daily) and I feel that if it wasn’t for her we would still be waiting to exchange now! I cannot praise her enough! I would highly recommend Morris Armitage for a professional, non pushy service when selling your home.

I rented in Cambridge through Morris Armitage in 2 separate properties across around 4 years. They were incredibly professional, and it was a pleasure interacting with both Nathaniel and Rachel from MA, who always sorted us out as soon as we got in touch if anything was ever wrong. They were friendly, professional, and I haven't got a single complaint about how they handled it all - easily the best experience with an estate agent I have had, as I have been renting for over 10 years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them. They even went so far as to stand up to the landlord on our behalf when the landlord was being unreasonable. It's been a genuine pleasure - many thanks!

GoogleMorris Armitage have recently sold my house. They were very helpfully throughout the process, advising on the best strategy to sell, managing queries from buyers very professionally. We were selling the house as part of probate and did not live locally. They provided additional support in letting in trades people and helping us with key collections.
