From the very first moment we had contact with Morris Armitage we were struck by their professionalism and friendliness. We found a beautiful house that we went on to buy through them and they did everything they could to facilitate the sale, chasing regularly without prompts, keeping us, as the impatient buyers, informed all the way. We’ve also had dealings recently with the renting side of their business and again they seem way more professional than local competitors. Perhaps it’s because they are a local independent company but they really seem to care about how they treat you, whether as a buyer, seller or a landlord. I’m looking forward to dealing with them again soon and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks Guys, you were great.

During my search for a property in Downham Market, I found Morris Armitage to be one of the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. They are professional yet very friendly and helpful, my thanks to Karen, Ben, and James. I would not hesitate to use them should want to sell my property. A couple of days before the lockdown in march I had an email from lee at Morris Armitage to say they had a property in my price range I viewed made an offer had it accepted just before the office closed for the lockdown on that Monday. During the whole process Karen kept me updated on progress on both sides. What I really appreciated was that M/A knew I needed to move in asap and monitored the whole process to ensure I was in as quickly as possible. Its this type of work ethic that sets them apart from the others .My sincere thanks to Lee, Karen for her vigilance and of course to Ben whole approach gives you confidence in what Morris Armitage do. Further to the above I recently (07/25) sold the above property through M/A and again the service received was excellent. A good team effort will say a big thank you to Vicky ,Lee, ben and James for everything they did. I have no problem recommending them based on the service I received again.

Best experience ever! This was my first time buying a house and despite of all the bad experience my friends had with their agency, my experience was amazing! Constant responses, helped with everything, answered all of my random questions. Debs was updating me at every turn. Frankie has been the epitome of the highest level of customer care you could ever want to experience. He went over and above to help us find the right place to rent. Morris Armitage are great. Right from the outset, with Lee's initial visit to value our property, they stood out from the other agencies we'd had round. Lee had done his research about the house (to the point of being aware of previous planning permissions on the property) and the surrounding area, so he knew about amenities and the like. As an agency, they seemed acutely aware of the potential of buyers from outside the area who wanted a more rural location. Other agencies seemed to be very focussed towards just the local market. Morris Armitage made it clear they put effort into attracting a wider audience who might not know the area that well. This was evidenced by our eventual buyers being from London. We had multiple viewings starting the day after it appeared online and had an offer at full asking price in two weeks. Throughout the back and forth between solicitors and the buying chain, Vicky kept us updated and followed the whole process through, so we knew we hadn't just been dumped once the commission was in the bag. All in all, I can't recommend Morris Armitage enough. We've bought and sold a few houses over the years and this has been the easiest so far.

In the last 12 months I have experienced selling, buying and renting through Morris Armitage and can’t thank them enough for the fantastic support through a rollercoaster of a ride. At our initial meeting with James to sell, he was extremely professional and down to earth. Ben, Lee and Vicky were all a great support in arranging viewings for both my house and viewing properties to buy. When my house purchase fell through, Frankie was incredibly efficient and stepped in to find us a rental property quickly. And as for Karen, absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble and just always available to update, chase up any queries and provide reassurance, which was needed often! The whole team are friendly, helpful, encouraging and have gone above and beyond throughout this process. I am extremely grateful to everyone and now really happy to finally be in my new home!
