I am the executor of a deceased persons estate and my task was to sell a property in Downham Market when I live approximately 100 miles away! It was always going to be tricky and so I interviewed several local Estate Agents and plumped for Lee Vice of Morris Armitage who appeared to be the best. Fortunately I was not mistaken. Lee and support staff Karen were brilliant in handling every situation. This included providing readings for utility bills so they could be switched off, sorting out an electrical problem, arranging house clearance, all on top of selling the property in double-quick time. Their actions saved me many major headaches when I was busy sorting out other problems. I cannot praise Morris Armitage and the team at Downham Market enough! Well done and thank you from a totally satisfied customer.

Morris Armitage weren't actually our estate agents during our conveyance (purchase and selling). However they were by far the most useful agents during the process. The chain was relatively long but Vicky and her team were brilliant at chasing queries, providing status updates and generally being helpful. The whole process of renting a property and any issues we had were dealt with excellently, promptly, fairly whilst being able to enjoy our home. What stood out for me on our dealings with Morris Armitage was the checkout process. I received our deposit back within 3 hours of handing back our keys. We bought our house that was up for sale through Morris Armitage. The guy who showed us the property was so uninterested and seemed annoyed when I shared my opinions about the house to my husband. I look at houses for sale in our area all the time and the Morris ones are always over priced. I can literally pick out the houses for sale by Morris that will sit for ages and I'm always right. Pretty telling when a non professional can gauge house prices better than the realtor. This was a couple of years ago now fyi. I just get annoyed by there blatant over priced houses.
