I recently sold my house through Morris Armitage and I would highly recommend Simon and his team. Their charges were reasonable and the whole process from start to finish was handled very efficiently, but also with a personal touch. A huge shout out to Debs who supported me through a stressful few months. She was amazingly helpful, responsive and reliable, and couldn’t have worked harder for me chasing up solicitors and acting as a go between. I really couldn’t have done it all without her help and I am so grateful to her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Morris Armitage again in the future.

I cannot recommend Morris Armitage enough! Debi could not have done more for us. We had a fair few hurdles along the way, through no fault whatsoever of Morris Armitage, but they dealt with it effectively and efficiently and made a very stressful situation so much easier. I don’t believe the move would have happened at all had it not been for their services. In particular Debi, she made the whole process so much smoother and was always on hand to help. GoogleI am someone one that will always read reviews but rarely write one. However I felt like I needed too with my positive experience with Morris & Armitage. I had moved back to the area and was looking for a rental property in the Downham Market area which was time sensitive as I was due to have a baby. Frankie and his team went above and beyond to find me the perfect property which meet my criteria. The property I was in at the time was managed by them also and they were aways quick to respond and extremely helpful. It was always a pleasure to speak to the team and after dealing with estate agents in London for the past 6 years, it was a breath of fresh air. I would always recommend renting and purchasing a house through MA.

We were met at the property by friendly & professional agent Ben who showed us around & answered fully all the questions we had. He later took our offer, which was accepted & set up the process. Agent Karen then became the lady who we had most communication with. Karen was fantastic throughout. Always available & contacted straight back if busy on another call. Email communication also great. Karen’s expertise & professionalism made for easy dealings and she was happy to assist in anyway she could. GoogleQuite simply the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Ben led the negotiations from the start and got us our dream house. He was quick, efficient, friendly and professional Karen then took over the progression and the start of a long and complicated journey. Karen has been amazing, keeping us updated, sane and guiding us through a complicated transaction with humour, patience and professionalism. If it hadn't have been for Karens continued diligence I don't think we would have got our property Everyone at Morris Armitage have been amazing. I cannot fault them. Highly recommend

GoogleIf you're looking to sell or purchase a property, I couldn't recommend Morris Armitage enough. I have purchased and sold, both through Morris Armitage, Downham Market in the last 2 years, and I couldn't fault them if I tried. All the staff at Morris Armitage are incredibly helpful and friendly. In particular, the staff went above and beyond when working on my sale which completed in December 2021. Unfortunately, I had THE worlds worst solicitor, (self appointed) which made things extremely difficult along the way. A massive thank you to Karen, who offered advice, guidance and support throughout and was always happy to help when things became tricky with my solicitor. Karen is a credit to the firm, highly knowledgeable and dedicated. A huge thank you for all your hard work throughout the process. Thank you to Lee, who took some incredible images of my property and completed a 3D interactive viewing on my property listing. Many thanks to James also for going the extra mile to ensure completion deadlines were met. Very poor service. Weekly update calls not received. No idea what “marketing” activity was undertaken by them in an attempt to sell my home apart from uploading it to RightMove and hoping. Gave specific, detailed feedback regarding my experience which I was told would be passed onto the directors. Needless to say they haven’t had the courtesy to respond.

I just wanted to say thank you so to Debi Bond at Morris Armitage for excellent customer service. It is a stressful process buying a new home, but Debi went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I know Debi is very busy in her role, but she always returned my phone calls and emails promptly and was constantly in contact to update me and chase solicitors and vendors. She is a real credit and asset to the company.

Honest and transparent service.We had a terrible time with another agent withholding information which resulted in wasting 17 weeks on selling our empty property.We explained the situation to MA, Jamie was really helpful and informative (he knew about the area and the property, taking a genuine interest in finding out about both). Lined up buyers who were genuinely interested in our property, after a full day of viewings we had a number of offers. We accepted on their recommendation an offer, when I queried this at a later date, they gave me a full and frank breakdown of all the offers and the buyers situation, and we 100% agreed with their assessment. They ensured that the sale when through smoothly and kept us informed all the way. Can not recommend them highly enough!
