GoogleTaylors managed to sell our home and when we’d then found our new one supported all the way through on sale and purchase. When things got stressful towards exchange and completion, Maddie was amazing at chasing and keeping us informed all the way through to the end

GoogleEasy to deal with, Jack was particularly helpful and up front which is always appreciated when dealing with the usually not great world of renting! Taylors were also accomodating when we went in to sort something out but went to the wrong branch, but this was not a problem and they were happy to help!

GoogleCompleted last week after quite a long time due to protracted solicitor negotiations. Taylors were with us all the way and very proactive in finding buyers and providing customer care. Ashleigh and Rosa were fantastic, but have to single out Georgia (Scudamore) who's cheery weekly phone check-ins kept the whole process on the rails for us.

Phone calls to check-in or update were very helpful and gave me peace of mind knowing everything was being handled. Jack made my first move into my own place really easy and stress-free.

If I could score less than one star I would. I called about a property, turns out it was false advertising and a scam and illegally listed. The lady on the phone was rude and condescending, she didn't listen to anything I said and kept repeating the same questions, she couldn't get her facts right and then she had a hissy fit and hung up on me. If they treat all their customers like this they will be out of business in a week. They definitely don't know GDPR law, they may end up in prison with a £18 million pounds fine

GoogleFrom the start of looking for my first buy to completing on my flat the team were great. They identified some great viewings and were in touch at completely the right times without overwhelming me with information. The whole team were great, but in particular Ashleigh was fantastic particularly when it came to completing on my flat. She kept me informed throughout which put me at ease as a first time buyer not really knowing the process. I cant thank the team enough and I will certainly be recommending them to others.

GoogleYesterday I purchased a property with Taylor’s and I would definitely recommend dealing with the team at the Downend branch. I primarily dealt with Chloe in sales and she was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, helpful and kind throughout the process. It’s not easy viewing properties with a small child but Chloe made my experience a lot easier. I was kept up to date with regular calls regarding the sale and I was told exactly what was happening at each stage and I couldn’t ask for a better person/team to deal with when buying a house.
