I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Campions Lettings and Management, now acquired by Chase Buchanan. For the past four months, they have failed to address a serious mould issue in our rental property. Despite sending multiple contractors to assess the problem, the quotes provided to the landlord have been consistently rejected.The company has done nothing to resolve the issue and has repeatedly lied, claiming that the contractors are not providing quotes and that they are chasing them up. This has caused significant inconvenience and stress. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable property management.

It is rare these days to come across customer service that’s genuine and personal. *Adele Basma* from Chase Buchanan in Hampton Hill saved me from losing a £7,500 early repayment charge by surpassing the efforts of solicitors on both sides, and finalising one final query for me right before Christmas, to help me complete on time and within my three month timeline in order to port my mortgage. It truly was a Christmas miracle. Thank you also to Anna Masters. I cannot recommend highly enough. Please consider Chase Buchanan if buying or selling, they offer an unparalleled service.
