10 out of 10 for these guys. I was so impressed by the team, and how well Dan communicated/replied to emails and always kept me updated. I had to put my flat on the market twice after my first sale fell through and throughout they were enthusiastic and kept positive. I was recommended by a neighbour to use Chase Buchanan, Richmond, and I’d recommend them too.Thanks again Dan, for persevering and for not giving up, when it seemed impossible!

I can’t fault Gareth’s performance throughout my search for a property in the St Margaret’s area of Twickenham.Always responded to queries quickly and effectively, and with complete professionalism.Sorted. viewing and paperwork with as little hassle as required and as soon as the keys were handed over after care service was very helpful.Its never an easy experience to move homes but Gareth and Chase made it as stress free as possible

Awful. Unprofessional and straight rude. Me and 3 of my mates where lied about the start date when told in person and no attempt was made for it to be changed. We were bullied into to signing a tenancy agreement. And now they are with-holding our deposits after the landlord withdrew from our application which breaks government legislation. The manager of the Twickenham branch is very confrontational and was rude and highly unprofessional to one of my mates parents. Highly recommend to stay away from them

Definite Bullies!. BE CAREFUL!! They will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to sign. This is all that matters to them, and once you sign they will be on to the next, casting you aside as a tenant. If anything breaks such as heating and hot water you will be left to your own devices. Someone may text or email you the following day if you leave a message on the EMERGENCY hotline, and talk you through trying to fix it. (do not expect a call). I cannot workout how there are good reviews when others who I have spoken to have the same issues.

I had to very quickly leave my home and move back to St Margaret's under very sad / distressing circumstances. Pippa from the St Margaret's office could not have been more supportive, sensitive and extremely helpful in find me and my little boys (dogs) our new temp home. Thank you so much from us all.

GoogleI moved into a flat they were letting and it started off strong but ended badly. They do seem friendly face to face and would normally respond quickly. However I didn't enjoy having them as my letting agency and hope I never need to deal with them again. They will make you pay out heavily for anything (Especially the tenancy renewal) and blame issues on you while accusing you for not trying to rectify it which I did. They are very friendly face to face but it's a completely different story afterwards. In the end I did not feel welcome in my own flat and hated almost every interaction with them. I never had this many problems with an agency!

GoogleSo far my experiences of Intire have not been good. I phoned to arrange a viewing the next day, she asked for quite a few details, we arranged a time to meet, no problem. During the day they rang my mobile and I missed the call, they did not leave a message or try to get in contact again. I took an hour off work to view this property, they did not show up, when I called to ask where they were they were very unhelpful, manager still has not called back. I will not be using them... Manager has now called back, she claimed that they called twice, I can only see one missed call, she also claims that somehow my voicemail failed when they called so they couldn't leave a message, my answerphone is working perfectly for all other callers. Very glad they are not managing my letting.
