As a first time landlord, I was very pleased with the service I received from the Lettings Department at the St Margaret’s branch (Sarah and Pippa). A tenant was found very quickly for my property, they were most helpful and gave good advice.

Really unprofessional their renting branch in Twickenham.A waste of time , unprofessional and dismissive way of working from the estate agents I had to deal with .Not only they discriminate clients but also give wrong information regarding renting , guarantors , deposits etc .They don’t update properties online and all about them seem really not clear when you ask information .I booked for a viewing and when I explained I have a guarantor that will help to pass all the financial check needed, not only the estate agent I was speaking on the phone said they don' t work with guarantors without explaining the reason but also dismissed the call and cancel my already booked viewing , discriminating me .Unacceptable and very unprofessional behaviour .

GoogleThe whole experience of renting my apartments in central Bath through Intire has been positive. Communication has been excellent, the standard of paperwork very good and process smooth. Intire do what it easier for their clients not what it easier for them. I would definitely recommend Intire to all other landlords I know.

GoogleFrom the start to signature of the tenancy agreement, Charles and Atif were extremely professional and helpful. We had a series of questions which they answered fully. The negotiations with the landlord was dealt with quickly and we were pleased with the quality of paperwork and documentation. Lovely people to deal with.

We found a place through the Teddington/Hampton Hill agents, we liked it so we made an offer the next day. The agent was more than happy to take the money same day for the holding deposit so they can take it out of the market as the place is ours. So far so good, we were happy until the next day - they started asking for 12 months rent upfront asap, otherwise we’ll lose the house. We gave them everything they needed for the reference check (even guarantors), but they wanted 12 months upfront and it was nothing that we could do. We ended up asking for the deposit back (it took 1 week to get the money back) and with a big disappointment in agencies.Two months later and the house is still on the market, I wonder why…
