Friendly, efficient staff & company

Me and my husband were looking for a flat long time. Moving forward, one day we found a flat on Andrews which we liked to view. From the first touch with the letting agent, we were content and happy with their professionality. Sameer, was our negotiator. He spend time with us to explain in details all our queries, he find time for us for even second viewing of the flat and and giving us advise of how to apply, utilities advises,important information etc. A big thank you, since all the period which we have been looking for a flat, most of the agencis are not showing true hospitality to the customers, moreover, for them is the same who will get the flat, do they need more help maybe etc. Samer proove us the oposite. From the get go Shannon at the Downend branch has been looking after us in finding a rental flat for me, my wife and our 3 year old son. Shannon showed us round the property which was exactly as advertised by Andrews Estate Agent. The whole process took just over a week which included referencing to move in date. Shockingly bad

Shockingly bad. Andrews have recently taken over the Coop group contract to manage on behalf of the freeholder. It's hard to tell whether they are just grossly incompetent or attempting to defraud the leaseholders by issuing spurious invoices. Either way if I was a freeholder I'd avoid asking Andrews to manage my portfolio.
