In the past I've had a really bad experience with Andrews Downend, but that was 10 years ago... I have to say this time around, I've truly had a professional and effortless experience. Brilliant communication from Elizabeth Davies and the rest of the team. I had an issue regarding utilities on moving day... With one call to Elizabeth, she contacted the landlord and called me back within ten minutes with the issue resolved! They helped me out even though they don't manage the property themselves! Very happy with my experience this time around!

I have been a plumbing and heating contractor now for over 12 years and I have gained some good friends within Andrews, yes times are changing and I suppose we just have to move with them or be left behind. I still keep in touch with the girls and guys and hope to continue to do so. I have worked very closely with Julie Robbins from Downend and I can honestly say she will be sadly missed.
