Not an easy sale due to a certain investor messing about. However the estate agents did everything to get the property re sold very quickly. Good job well done. Laura was very helpful throughout the whole process of letting my property. She told me the fees up front as well as everything that I needed to do to ensure a smooth transition, from finding a tenant to referencing and ensuring that all the safety requirements of the property were met. GoogleI am a landlord and I use Matt in the Lettings Dept every time. He delivers every time. My properties are always let very quickly and I’m safe in the knowledge that all documents have been given to the tenant and signed for. I rented with wards for 2 and a half years with a nil deposit scheme . From the first day of moving in we had problems with the property, no hot water, no heating, leaking boiler and bath in the middle of a snowy winter. We had to find our own plumber as the landlord liked to take his time getting in touch. From that day I have regretted my decision to not only move into that house but to also rent through wards. Their property management team are an embarrassment and extremely unprofessional, on numerous occasions I was spoken to on the phone in a very disrespectful manner. During my time in the house we experienced serious problems in the house which put myself and another member of the house hold in hospital. I have no finally moved out of the property and found a lovely landlord who has pride in his property.I have now been told by wards that I need to pay over £200 for cleaning the house ( which was done before I left) and they’re waiting for the contractor to give them a quote for more works that are needed in the home but not due to any fault of mine, I’m disgusted and shocked by this. So in my honest opinion I do not recommend Wards as an estate agency whatsoever. I do however recommend Ben Siggins and Connells who are very professional and reliable.
