The disappointment I experienced during the housing follow-up and morgage research phase is indescribably bad. This company that really shouldn't be in the British market. Their sales strategies are not transparent and not fair.
Servet, Unfortunately we do have certain procedures in place prior to purchasing one of our properties. We are aware that two buyers were interested in an unreserved property, and one buyers purchasing validation was quicker than the other. TrustpilotPossibly one of the worst experiences of my life
I own a house with Abbey Developments, and it has been possibly one of the worst experiences of my life. The flat was riddled with issues that took an entire year to resolve, and even now there are on-going issues that were never fixed. A real pain to deal with, and all of the contractors they hire are awful. Definitely avoid.

From the start to end process is so painful, poor customer service, All the site managers were useless !!!! - I wouldn’t even give 1 star ! 😡😡😡😡😡😡Don’t purchase any properties from this company stay well away, I’m surprised they are still allowed to sell !

Terrible build, lots of mistakes with house which took ages to have rectified. Recently had my carpet removed and found a huge hole inn the floor that had been patched with polystyrene!!! What a bunch of *****!! Never buy a home from these cowboys. Horrendous customer services also and very rude.

All 5 stars for Dean (Site Manager).We had God knows how many issues/problems from day 1 but all were dealt with/being resolved by him - The issues were looked into after he joined so he turned my faith towards Abbey Homes.He is there so not worried anymore :-)
