Unbelievably poor! I bought a home from them last year, I have had problems since day 1. Some of the worst workmanship I ever seen followed up by probably the WORST customer service. Still ongoing, no ones comes back to me, absolute jokers

Terrible service! Takes ages to fix the fault. The person in office i spoken was extra un polite and very rude. Never listens what you tell her, unhelpfull and miserable. Abbey should pay more attention to the people who they employ.

Purchased a house from them in 2015, 3 years later roof is leaking. NHBC have told them they are responsible for the repair, however, 8 months later despite numerous letters/emails nothing has been done. Stay well clear of this company.
