I have reported your company to The Daily Echo in Bournemouth who I hope deal with you by publishing the actions and then lack thereof,by your immoral staff. I will not be removing my posts and I am sharing your company's behaviour with as many people as I can.

Hi Saurav, I am very sorry you feel you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately, the landlord instructed us not to proceed any further with your application due to the information you submitted to us which meant you did not meet the relevant criteria for this property. As such we were unable to rent the property in Cambridge Road.

I am sorry you felt the need to write this review, as your friend had already left one herself below. We have not had any dealings with you directly so it saddens me that you needed to leave a negative review for a small business, where every review is important.

Hi Michelle I am sorry you feel that you had a bad experience with us. As you are aware we took over the managed property portfolio from another letting agent. All their deposits were transferred to us even for the properties that they did not manage, one of which was yours. Unfortunately, no contact information for tenant find only properties was given to us for either tenant or landlord, where this agent registered their deposit. I hope you can understand that without written consent from both parties, we are not able to just simply release deposits as we have no idea who either party is, nor that it has been agreed between them that the deposit should be released. As well as needing to obtain written instructions from both parties, we had to also obtain ID and proof of address for the landlord to confirm who they are as we have not ever dealt with any party before. We did not request nor agree for tenant find only deposits to be transferred into our Custodial DPS account as we were purely purchasing the managed property portfolio; however, once an agent or landlord has your Landlord/Agent ID number, they can simply transfer the responsibility to you without your consent. I hope this clarifies the difficult situation we were in at the time.
