Amazing staff and great to find a company that finds the balance between tenant and property owner. For us the best thing about the team at S&W is the knowledge legally and making sure that both tenant and owner understand everything if there is a problem. We would strongly recommend the team and it's just nice to have a team that simply treat you how they clearly would like to be treated themselves. By far the most helpful agents I've come across. A week before moving into our property, the letting agent we were going through (and paying) disappeared. I had a call from Steph saying she was now dealing with it & although the Landlord new nothing about our imminent arrival she got everything sorted in time. As you can imagine, with having to move out of our previous home on specified date etc, if it hadn't of been for Steph's efforts we'd have been homeless. Cannot thank you enough Steph!

Have used southern and west to manage my property over the years. They have always given me excellent customer service and are always efficient, especially when i had a tenant who thought it was acceptable to walk away from my property having caused damage to furniture and leave all her rubbish behind, then complained because monies were released from her deposit to cover these costs.
