GoogleI can't recommend Jeni enough. Jeni's arranged 2 mortgages for me now and I send all of my friends to her! I haven't been in the best positions to get a mortgage but Jeni is very creative in finding a way to make it happen and get you the best deal. Jeni is an absolute pleasure to deal with and always keeps you updated and goes out of her way to help. Thankyou so much Jeni, I wouldn't be in the position i'm in now without you!

GoogleWe recently bought our flat through fox and sons who were fantastic from start to finish. We also took mortgage advice and used Jennifer Pierce the Fox and Sons mortgage advisor who got us a fantastic deal on our mortgage. Jennifer explained each and every step to us and was completely transparent throughout the process, as we were first time buyers a lot of the process was new and unfamiliar and Jennifer took the time to explain each step and never proceeded with anything unless she was sure we had fully understood and were completely happy. After Jennifer had obtained the mortgage for us she continued to work hard on our behalf to get the sale through as quickly as possible, keeping us informed and liaising with the office staff to make sure the whole process was as smooth as possible. Jennifer made the process of buying our first home very enjoyable and for that we are extremely grateful and look forward to using Fox and Sons and Jennifer for all our future mortgages and properties. GoogleI tried to call them for 3 days and nobody picked up phone. Eventually, someone called me back and It was the worst experience ever, lady from lettings was very rude. On the end I changed my mind and did not let property from them.

GoogleWe've just bought a flat being sold by Fox and Sons Bournemouth and we are now letting it through their team on a managed basis. This is our first rental so we needed a fair bit of help and the team sorted everything! They ensured anyone who needed access got it quickly (EPC, tradesmen, carpet cleaner); they sorted cleaners with 12hr notice; they found a tenant within 5 days and kept them while the purchase dragged on!; they got a good rental; they arranged the electric/gas safety certificates; organized the lease/deposit scheme and used an easy electronic signing tool. The people we dealt with (mainly Kelsey) were professional and friendly. My wife will tell you I can be a bit of stickler for detail so a 5 star rating from me means I'm genuinely very pleased.
