Lauren Hurle is a very good properties Co-Ordinator always there when ever I needed help and managed to get me a free quote for stiff door eventhough I did not go with this contractor she managed to get another one and problem solved with the least cost. I went to view a property yesterday but sadly I was not fast enough to secure the property, someone else beat me to it. I would however like to say that Ella Walsh, the young lady who showed me the property was extremely friendly and professional. She was also very helpful and explained everything. She advised me to contact the office as soon as possible if I was interested in the flat. Unfortunately didn't manage to call the agency because I had to return to work. Put simply, I have never had such a great and supportive service from a lettings agent, as that given to me from Karen and Kelsey. If there were 6 stars, I would give them here. They not only explain the process well, but go out of their way to find the right tenant and listen to my own concerns along the way, always professional and prompt with replies to queries.
