All i can do is write my honest experience here. Have never ever once been able to get through on the phone at all. Ever. Kelsey is the only person that will respond to emails all others go into a black hole. Moving into a new property there were multiple issues with. One being a massive issue of not being able to access my gas and electric box that are on meters and will run out soon, leaving me with no gas or electric. When told about it and asking for a rent reduction ( think im fully entitled too as there were multiple issues iv just listed the largest one) they said no as these aren't major issues! I guess it's normal to have no access to gas and electric. Tried phoning there head office and shocker they tell you they aren't receiving calls so no chance to complain. Convenient ay. Tried maintenance and kept getting told they would put me through to someone and it just endlessly rings till it disconnects. Honestly im so angry. This move has been insanely stressful and only made worse by the constant chasing up of fox and sons during the entire process and now when i move in there is still problems. Avoid at all costs. Karen and Kelsey were absolutely excellent. So friendly, ultra efficient and they really understand the market. They are so knowledgeable and gave us some really useful advice which is amazing as we have been Landlords for over 8 years. Karen posted our property on the Monday afternoon on-line, conducted viewings on the Wednesday and had signed up a super tenant by the Wednesday. This is the best service we have ever received from an Estate Agent. Kelsey even went over and above by contacting our Electrical Engineer to send an updated safety certificate. Our sale began 7 months ago, we are first time buyers without a chain, everything should have gone through quickly and smoothly, however, due to a terrible solicitor (seller’s), it took a lot longer. Tom was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience, he went above and beyond constantly and even did work that the seller’s solicitor should have been doing. He rang very often and communicated every small bit of progress which was absolutely fantastic.
