GoogleMy family and I have a few properties that we let out. We have used Karen and her team for a number of years now and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is, or is thinking of becoming a landlord. They have always strived to get the best possible rental income from the best possible tenant. They will not just put any old person in the property to make a quick buck. They spend time and effort to make sure the tenants are well suited to ensure as less stress as possible. Karen, Kelsey and Ben are always very professional, courteous and extremely hard working. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received. Keep up the good work.

GoogleI'd found an apartment I wanted to rent on Thursday and was put in contact with Kelsey on Friday, she responded to my messages even on the weekend, was always super nice and highly professional, and by Wednesday the tenancy agreement was already being composed. Incredibly quick service, especially considering I'm a student from Germany, and absolutely lovely staff. Google2 Years later and we are still satisfied with the team at Fox & Sons! Kelsey and Karen at Fox & Sons Bournemouth are simply amazing! We have been dealing with them for several years now and they have provided invaluable support in letting out our property. They respond to emails quickly with expert knowledge and honest advice. Each time we have advertised our property viewings were booked in almost instantly and new tenants were found with a matter of days. I can't recommend them enough- they know the market and make managing the property stress free.

GoogleI am writing this report because I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the Fox & Sons agency, I am having an apparently simple problem with the agency, but no one resolves it, my family and I moved to a new apartment a few weeks ago, a total of 5 people, and Fox agency gave us only 1 key (fob) to access the building. I got in touch and told them that I'm having a lot of problems, as everyone at home works at different times. They gave me the email address of the person responsible for the building, I sent them an email and even after two weeks they didn't respond. I contacted Kelsya again via email and WhatsApp stating that this problem is urgent and I really need help, but I just received a response saying “keep trying to contact the building administrator”, this is disrespectful to me and my family, after all my contract is signed by everyone, so we should all have a key to enter our own house. I really hope that at some point I will have my problem resolved. Ricardo and karina .

GoogleHad Charlotte Head from Fox & Sons as our Mortgage Advisor for our recent house purchase. From minute one Charlotte was brilliant to us and helped us all the way along the way, going the extra mile for us to get us the best possible deal. Charlotte kept everything simple for us and explained the market and how it worked in simple terms without financial jargon. When we did have issues afterwards with the mortgage company, Charlotte fought our case and gave us the best possible outcome and more. Without Charlotte, we would have been financially stuffed and she is well worth every penny we spent for her services. 100% recommend Charlotte Head from Fox & Sons to sort mortgages out for anybody.
