Only leaving 1 as I cannot leave a zero. I requested a vieiwng on 1 property and have since been signed up to services I did not want to be signed up for such as mortgage when I had that sorted and did not want help. They asked what kind of property I was looking for, I said 2 bed and have since received brochures for studios and one beds. Shocking.

From the outset, Karen and Kelsey at Fox and Sons have been helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive. They have been exceptionally responsive in keeping me informed at every step, as well as responding credibly to any questions I had. Communication is always prompt, clear and detailed. This has enabled an efficient smooth process and move-in day was seamless. Karen and Kelsey are both very professional and dealt with any issues or management needs proactively. It appears Foxes primary focus is on selling additional services rather than providing fundamental information about properties for sale. I find it unacceptable that I'm being pressed for personal details I don't wish to share, instead of receiving crucial property information. I've now decided not to pursue any further interest, as two unanswered emails and multiple failed phone calls from your agents offered no property details but instead attempted to coerce me into selling with them. This raises the question: Is it deliberate that your agents withhold essential details about the properties they list?"

Not a good letting agents at all. Took a holding fee for a property, I was completely honest with mine and my partner's credit history. I was unaware about a fault in my credit history from 5 years ago caused by a previous partner. When they bought it to my attention I explained all of this to them. They refused to finish my partner's referencing after this. Then the landlord decided to withdraw our application. We were then refused our holding fee back, and we were told it was because it was to pay for The references the landlord did. Which after a lot of research and talking to a solicitor, they can't actually do, as it's not legal for them to charge for references anymore. Also how can you charge for a reference, when you didn't complete referencing? Have tried to call around 30 times but they never answer the phone! Elle swyer was the only person there who was any good.
