Trusting someone with your property is never easy but the team at Fox & Sons have never given me a shred of doubt in my choice in them. GoogleLANDLORDS AND TENANTS BEWARE!! I’ve tried calling Fox & Sons on numerous occasions 100s of times and they have never picked up or called back. It seems like an occurring problem at this estate agents from their reviews. Wouldn't trust them with my property.

GoogleI was impressed with how knowledgeable the agent was about the property I am now renting. She was also very helpful in mentioning things I hadn't thought of and in negotiating a deal with the landlord. Communication via email was always good and timely, with the only exception being the tenancy agreement not arriving until after 5pm the night before I was due to move. Led by the outstanding Karen Akerman, her team are thoroughly professional and always quick to be as helpful as possible, with a smile in their attitude. GoogleOne of the worst agencies I've used for renting. If you're planning to rent with them better pray to not have any maintenance problems. They usually take between 8 weeks and 2+ years to get them done. Still got fences broken by the 2021 storms, not fixed yet. You try to call them? No-one answers.

GoogleAgents were very helpful. They guided me through the process from start to finish. The property was shown to a large number of viewers in a short space of time, and the buyer was helped to get his mortgage by Fox & Sons. The only issue was the slow pace of negotiations as one of the solicitors had endless questions.

GoogleI cannot recommend Jennifer Pierce enough! She got us a fantastic deal on our mortgage and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She explained every step of the process and was on hand to answer all of the questions we had. We’ll certainly be coming back to Jennifer and Fox & Sons for any mortgage in the future.
