Gross Negligence

I am looking to raise a claim of gross negligence regarding the letting of my property by this company. The letting was badly mismanaged with a number of serious errors, and ended up with the property being used as a cannabis farm with massive damage caused. Staves did not supply a tenancy agreement for the last tenant, did not register the deposit as is legally required, took no action when the previous tenant was in breach of the tenancy agreement by changing the locks and subletting, as well as the lack of inspections through them not endeavouring to get new keys from the tenant. I also have doubts that proper referencing was even undertaken for the last tenant.

A very strong sales team (Alicia, Emily, Kasey, Hayley) who cannot be recommended highly enough. Their performance throughout the 6 month sale process went above and beyond our expectations. Their professionalism and willingness to deal with challenges that were not necessarily within their remit was greatly appreciated as we live outside the U.K. and could not travel back and forth all the time. Even on the last day when problems were being caused elsewhere in the chain, Emily and Kasey stayed calm and resolved the issues. A fantastic experience and thank you all again.
