A blend of expert local knowledge and fantastic Yorkshire customer service meant we identified the right kind of buyers and achieved a final sale price almost 10% more than other estate agents thought could be achieved. GoogleOutstanding service from Matthew and his team from the start of the process with competitive fees through to completion. Special thanks to Kate who was relentless on getting us ‘across the line’ and completing on what was not the most straightforward sale. In the nicest possible way, I hope I don’t have to use Staves for quite some time, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a first class estate agent.

GoogleFirstly, I should apologise for the delay in wring this review for Staves Estate Agents. We initially met with Matthew Staves when looking at the possibility of downsizing from a large house to a bungalow which Staves were acting for. We put in an acceptable bid and chose to use Staves to sell our existing property. From start to finish, nothing was too much for them and (not having moved house for over 35 years) we asked for a lot of help and got it on every occasion. The experience was not without drama but dealing with Staves made us feel like a part of their family and it was like dealing with a traditional local business where communication is easy and not a chore. Good morning, I would like to ask for support. I have been the victim of multiple crimes and was scammed out of several thousand euros by two brokers, and also misled by my manager, Monika Skubisz. I have evidence to prove everything, text messages, recordings, documents from Solaris, and everything else that can confirm I am telling the truth. I have been deceived and multiple crimes have been committed against me. The same happened at Good Life, where people took advantage of the fact that I am sick and deaf in one ear. They thought I was a drug addict, but in reality, I am just an overworked person, I have to work my whole life because I have no one to rely on.
