Fairly quick and easy. Had lots of emails keeping us updated on when our home would be ready for us and all repairs were done too, no faults. The sign up was quick and easy and got the keys straight away.

TrustpilotFuming at the moment
4 weeks with no central heating with 4 children aged 8,5,3 and a 5month old baby. STILL not working as when fixed initial issues the boiler then broke so they now need to wait for a part. Provided electric fans which have cost me over £200 in electric in 4 weeks trying to keep my children warm. Absolute joke , but yet they raised the rent prices this month

Have been a customer for 6 years and have to say I am happy with places for people whenever I have got an appointment for a repair they have always come on the day and time they said they would I am happy with the service feel happy and secure knowing I rent my home from places for people they have always been really good wouldn't want to rent from anyone else.

It was great when it was Derwent but when Places for People took over the rented properties repairs take so long to get done, if they ever get done!

This company is an absolutely joke, sending lots of emails not a single answer, there are not parkings in the area for all the tenants There even though they are places to park they marked with yellow lines and put a private parking controller to make money, in the mornings you only see their vans parked anywhere without any tickets, no disable access, 2 lifts doesn’t work, they don’t reply emails.., avoid this landlord

I have a forty year old fire door in my house with glass wire .They won’t change it the houses are out dated.getting repaires done is like asking for the world most the time .my cold water tap in the bathroom has never worked. They fixed my garage lock last week went to check still broken .iam moving out soon why pay rent to people who don’t give a hoot about how there tenants feel.

Recently took over a new build, there have been many snagging issues that have been passed on to the developer but not followed up at all by P4P. People have been friendly but no one is chasing these issues up.
