Many bad experiences with places for people from not fixing the heating for weeks even though I had a very young child with medical conditions, rented me a property that had rat issues and did not care, they patch up a lot of jobs and don't allow staff time to do jobs even though you wait 3-4 weeks for the repair for then half job done

For a couple of month Octavia Court Watford has new cleaning staff. Since the cleaning service definitely improved. The service is more accurate, the hallways mopped properly and the cleaning staff has a very polite attitude with tenants. He keeps social distance and uses mask . Also the laundry cleaned properly, bin changed and the washing machines whipped. Tenants are happy with the service.

As a tenant i am extremely dissatisfied with your level of customer assistance. Ive been waiting a year now for my kitchen to be fixed and keep getting let down to the point when workmen dont even turn up. Ive had to take 3 days of work during the last year with no work taking place. This is not fair and and extremely disappointing.

Rang again today 5 working days later and the repair had not been actioned the work supervisor knew nothing about it. Told to ring customer service again explain the situation told they would contact me to let me know the situation Still no contact bad customer service
